Bahia 4024 at Sandestin ~ Sandestin Resort Condo~ 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath

We loved the condo and the village restaurants. We were very disappointed that the week we stayed the Grand Sandestin pool was being resurfaced and we were not provided a substitute pool/hottub location at the village. The condo was spacious and accommodating.

Bahia 4024 is roomy, quiet and very convenient to everything in the Village. We love arriving and getting settled and then just walking the short distance for a drink and great dinner. This was our second visit to the area. We found February to be a great time to be there, although we have hit the "fire alarm" test day both stays! At least we know that works well. The master bedroom and bath are very roomy and the guest bedroom and bath on the opposite side are as well. The in unit washer/dryer and wireless were musts on our list for a stay. The realty company is very responsive to any issues we had, which were minor. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Service from Destin Getaways was good, and their staff was friendly. The condo was perfect for this trip because it was spacious, neat, and clean. Bahia is conveniently located right by the pool, which is nice, and short walk to the village, where everything happens (dining, shopping, activities for kids, and nightlife for adults). Parking was a breeze, which makes loading and unloading an easy task. Although the scene from the porch was not much to look at, it had a secluded, private feel to it, which is unique in a resort like this. By the way, the golf courses here are phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything we thought it would be. The online pics and videos describe it perfectly. Very enjoyable stay. Really wish the beds had box springs..

We always have a great time at Sandestin because there is so much to do for our family of six. This was the first time to stay at Bahia and we loved it. It's on the bayside which we don't mind because it's more affordable and walking distance to the village of baytowne wharf. The beach was extremely crowded since it was spring break We will definitely want to stay at Bahia again and as always didn't want to leave.

We were very happy with the Bahia and it's proximity to the Baytowne Wharf. The view of the bay was a little shady with it being on the ground floor, but we would definately stay there again. The condo was very spacious and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable trip, although the furnishings were a little old and worn. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on the bayside.

Bahia 4024 was located perfectly for me. All of my mtgs were in Conv.Center. Walking to most all places that I had to attend too. I will check availability before my next event at Baytowne.

Everyone at Crye Leike was very professional and courteous. We entered the condo through the parking garage and then entered in through the hallway. I loved having the car in the parking garage! The inside of the Bahia looks just like a hotel, but when you walk into the condos, you immediately feel like you are in a home. Very nice high ceilings in living, dining and bedrooms. We loved having the washer and dryer in the condo since we had lots of towels to clean after each beach trip. The Sandestin resort is amazing. Everything is well landscaped and attended to. We stayed on the bay side and loved that we could walk to the Wharf. We stayed three nights and four days and never left the resort because from kids activities(eurobungy, zipline, temporary tattos) to restaurants and shops they had everything we needed. We never go back to Destin and stay anywhere else!

We recently stayed in the Bahia and we were very surprised! We were a late arrival so the group was tired. I’m always hesitant to be a late arrival- just in case we don’t like the property..can we move that night etc. To our surprise we walked in and it was very nice! The paint was fresh and the condo was very clean. The floor plan was perfect for our group! It was a nice, clean, no clutter condo. Just what we were looking for. On top of everything the condo is located in Baytown which has everything! Shops, restaurants, Martini Bar (my favorite) and much much more. The dueling piano bar was fun too! Everything was at our finger tips. At night we stayed in Baytown and never got into our vehicle. Which was extremely nice! You do have to drive to the beach but it’s literally 2 minutes! Not bad at all! The pool is directly by the condo so after being at the beach all day- we came back and jumped in the pool and walked right up to the condo! I would recommend to anyone the Bahia in Baytown. The price was right and the condo was perfect!

Never knowing what you get when you book a vacation site from the web, we were DELIGHTED when we booked from Crye-Leike. The booking agents were very helpful prior to our check-in and accomodated us due to our late arrival on March 21, 2009. The directions to their office and ultimately our location were easy to follow. Upon our arrival, we found the accommodations beyond our expectations. It was tastefully appointed and there was plenty of room for the five (5) of us. The kitchen was completely furnished with both a microwave and a coffee maker along with all of the other items needed to prepare meals/snacks. I would highly recommend working with Crye-Leike for your next vacation spot. My only recommendation at this time would be to negotiate a lower proce given the current economy. I had heard that Crye-Leike was offering discounts for current bookings. Another vacationer was given a 25% discount but it was with another leasing firm. All in all the Bahia was an excellent choice for us and would stay there again.

Have stayed in this unit several times. Always clean. Sandestin is the best place to stay on the Gulf.

This condo was in great condition. The only drawback was it was on a ground floor unit (level with parking garage). There was no view, however very quiet and nice accommendations
