Crystal Dunes 204 is located right on the beach in Destin, FL where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf right from the living room or master bedroom balcony. This 2nd floor beach front condo is conveniently located in the Crystal Beach area of Destin and is very close to the Inn at Crystal Beach. Due to the low-rise building, you will enjoy the private beach and avoid the crowds.

Built in 1999, this spacious two bedroom beach front condo plus third bedroom with built-in bunks can sleep 6-8. The view doesn't get any better than this! The Crystal Dunes 204 beach front condo was totally remodeled in 2005 with bright, beachy colors, all new furniture, coriane countertops and new cabinets.
The pool will be heated from January 15th to March 31st and October 1st to October 31st. The spa will be heated year round.

Perfect location, our first time to Destin it is a beautiful place, we were able to get in a few days of golf, very nice with the amenities card, one free golf every day, didn't get to enjoy as much golf as we'd liked, due to hurricane Issac. The staff that was at the condo was super nice, also nick that booked our condo was super helpful. We did enjoy the unit, felt like we were on the beach even from the kitchen and living room. My husband and I liked how close everything was for us.

The condo is nice and has all the amenities that you would need. This was our second stay in the unit and the first time we heard footsteps from the condo above us. Not sure if there just wasn't anyone there last time we stayed or if the people just walked heavy. Anyway, other than that minor issue, we really love Crystal Dunes. It is not a large complex but it has a lot of beach property so you never have to worry about finding a place at the beach (no double and triple rows of umbrellas). The location is great, off the heavy traffic areas but walking distance to anything you could need. Also can walk to a couple of places to eat or have drinks in the evening. I highly recommend the Crystal Beach area and unit 204 at Crystal Dunes.
