We always have a great time at Sandestin because there is so much to do for our family of six. This was the first time to stay at Bahia and we loved it. It's on the bayside which we don't mind because it's more affordable and walking distance to the village of baytowne wharf. The beach was extremely crowded since it was spring break We will definitely want to stay at Bahia again and as always didn't want to leave.

We were very happy with the Bahia and it's proximity to the Baytowne Wharf. The view of the bay was a little shady with it being on the ground floor, but we would definately stay there again. The condo was very spacious and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable trip, although the furnishings were a little old and worn. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on the bayside.

Nice open layout. No cleaning products available. One roll of TP per bathroom, and a sticky kitchen floor. These were noticed when we initially checked in. Great private outdoor patio. While unpacking, we noticed the comforters smelled musty and there were suspicious stains on the couch pillows and drapes. We liked the location of the complex, but would choose another unit. The unit managing company tried to be helpful, but were unsuccessful in solving many different issues we had with internet and keys.

Bahia 4024 was located perfectly for me. All of my mtgs were in Conv.Center. Walking to most all places that I had to attend too. I will check availability before my next event at Baytowne.

Everyone at Crye Leike was very professional and courteous. We entered the condo through the parking garage and then entered in through the hallway. I loved having the car in the parking garage! The inside of the Bahia looks just like a hotel, but when you walk into the condos, you immediately feel like you are in a home. Very nice high ceilings in living, dining and bedrooms. We loved having the washer and dryer in the condo since we had lots of towels to clean after each beach trip. The Sandestin resort is amazing. Everything is well landscaped and attended to. We stayed on the bay side and loved that we could walk to the Wharf. We stayed three nights and four days and never left the resort because from kids activities(eurobungy, zipline, temporary tattos) to restaurants and shops they had everything we needed. We never go back to Destin and stay anywhere else!

We recently stayed in the Bahia and we were very surprised! We were a late arrival so the group was tired. Im always hesitant to be a late arrival- just in case we dont like the property..can we move that night etc. To our surprise we walked in and it was very nice! The paint was fresh and the condo was very clean. The floor plan was perfect for our group! It was a nice, clean, no clutter condo. Just what we were looking for. On top of everything the condo is located in Baytown which has everything! Shops, restaurants, Martini Bar (my favorite) and much much more. The dueling piano bar was fun too! Everything was at our finger tips. At night we stayed in Baytown and never got into our vehicle. Which was extremely nice! You do have to drive to the beach but its literally 2 minutes! Not bad at all! The pool is directly by the condo so after being at the beach all day- we came back and jumped in the pool and walked right up to the condo! I would recommend to anyone the Bahia in Baytown. The price was right and the condo was perfect!

Sandestin is a great family spot in Florida, convience is the key! This unit was in a nice building, but it needed some freshening. It needed to be painted in a few spots: Master Bath had an outlet that had sparked and the burn mark was still on the wall - unsettling. Master bedroom closet had paint peeling off. Kitchen wall was very dirty near garbage. The master bed had broken support boards and provided a bumpy sleep situation. Master bedroom remote did not work. Carpets needed cleaning. It is a big unit and was perfect for our family - just needed some 'pretty' work done!

My husband & I have been to Sandestin many times and have stayed at the Bahia two previous times. This condo was decorated like the others, however it looked like this condo had not been cleaned in quite some time. The carpet through out the condo was stained and very dirty. The master bath literally had burn marks on the wall above an outlet. The patio was absolutely filthy, to say the least. The actual condo is nice but it needs some major cleaning. We will not stay there again.

Never knowing what you get when you book a vacation site from the web, we were DELIGHTED when we booked from Crye-Leike. The booking agents were very helpful prior to our check-in and accomodated us due to our late arrival on March 21, 2009. The directions to their office and ultimately our location were easy to follow. Upon our arrival, we found the accommodations beyond our expectations. It was tastefully appointed and there was plenty of room for the five (5) of us. The kitchen was completely furnished with both a microwave and a coffee maker along with all of the other items needed to prepare meals/snacks. I would highly recommend working with Crye-Leike for your next vacation spot. My only recommendation at this time would be to negotiate a lower proce given the current economy. I had heard that Crye-Leike was offering discounts for current bookings. Another vacationer was given a 25% discount but it was with another leasing firm. All in all the Bahia was an excellent choice for us and would stay there again.

We stayed in Bahia #4024 and were wowed as we walked in. The condo was absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. We had an issue with a toilet not flushing and called the rental agency and it was resolved promptly. Our main issue with the condo was that since we were not guests of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort we were not allowed to use the tram service that goes all around the resort and especially from the village to the beach area. We had stayed at this resort many times before and had always loved the convenience of the tram service. Had my sister not been staying at the resort at the same time as us, we would have been highly inconvenienced. When we were not with my sister, we had to drive our car back and forth from the condo to the beach and our vehicle got all sandy and messy. Also, in the past we had free bicycle rental as guests of the resort and we were not allowed to use them for free when we stayed this time. It was a huge dissapointment to my family. We were not told ahead of time that we would not have these ammenities, so it put a damper on the beginning of a much awaited vacation. We would not rent another condo there unless we had these ammenities.

Have stayed in this unit several times. Always clean. Sandestin is the best place to stay on the Gulf.

This condo was in great condition. The only drawback was it was on a ground floor unit (level with parking garage). There was no view, however very quiet and nice accommendations
