I stayed at Gulf view 104, the home was nice, but I thought that it could use a few upgrades, the kitchen appliances, the tv's and the living area funiture. The location was great being right across from the beach and hearing the water at night was very soothing. Overall the stay was a god one.
Excellent location & a very nice place...the only problem we experienced was a leaking toilet...we contacted office and it was repaired quickly.
My husband and I took our youngest daughter and 11 year old neice here. It was wonderful, great location, we walked to the beach. Also had a couple of nice pools and a laundry on site. We will return!

We really enjoyed our time at the Gulfview. We had great customer service with Melanie when I booked our room. She was excellent to deal with. The home itself was very nice. Clean and located close to the pools and parking. My kids really liked the idea of being able to choose between the two pools. We would go to the one that was the least crowded. it was also not far to walk to the beach. our access code never worked tho! We also did not like that the units didnt have washer and dryers in them. It was kind ofhard sharing with a whole other floor of people! But all in all we had a great time!
I would recommend this condo for anyone with kids. It was right on the beach and a short drive from attractions. It was clean and there were no problems.
This condo was as described. It was close to the Gulf, and close to golf courses. WE rented this due to the approval of it being pet friendly. The room was clean, but the telephones did not work. This caused extreme difficulty trying to conduct business through my laptop. The management(Crye-Leike) were professional and kind-but that did not solve the telephone issue. We requested a partial rate reduction-which they did-but in my opinion it did not cover the inconvenience of not having a phone in the condo. I am an avid golfer-the golf packages were good-more choices of courses could have been the only improvement.
