This unit could use a deep cleaning. The air conditioning vents were beyond dirty. There apparently was a soda spill in the kitchen as the floor was sticky. Other than those issues the condo was very well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We would request this unit again. Can't beat this location!

We thoroughly enjoyed where we stayed. The condo we rented was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We were only about a half a block from Baytown Wharf and since we enjoy walking, not that far from the beach. The best amenity was one round of golf for one person per day. We took full advantage of that and making a tee time was very easy.

Condo is located near the Village of Baytowne and convenent to the Baytowne Marina, golf, and Grand Blvd. The kitichenette and living space is made for entertaining or for just relaxing after a long day of enjoying the many wonderful features that Sandestin has to offer. The balcony gives a good view of the marina to the south and wildlife below.

This was my 1st time to Destin & I didnt know what to expect. I thought the first time I would be taking a chance. When my family & I saw the place we were amazed! It was not what were were expecting. The place was beautiful! There is alot to do inside the resort, but we were not able to take advantage because we spent all our days at the beach! We will definitely be going back! We will also continue to do business w/ Crye-Leike.

Great location, great place to stay. Located within walking distance to the Baytowne Wharf San Destin. The pool was beautiful and at the Baytowne Wharf there were so many kid friendly activities. Only 1 complaint, the Master bedroom, mattress was not comfortable.

We had such a fabulous trip! Enjoyed every second of it . My daughter's birthday will be a memory to treasure always!

Awesome. Girls were great and Condo was great. Enjoyed the free golf.
