Beautiful home and location. Wish it had beach access. Seems to have a small bug problem. The air filter and Intake was extremely filthy. Overall, very nice home. I Would rent again in off season.

The house was what we was hoping it would be. Very nice area, very quite, and plenty big enough. We emailed ahead to have heater turned on in pool and was able to jump right in without having to jump back out cause of being to cold. We plan on using the same house when we go back in June with the grandkids cause of the safe area and what the house has to offer.

The house was fabulous, clean and close enough to the beach. We loved the private pool which made us feel like we could have the world to ourself. There was a house going up next to us, but the work was never loud and was done early in the morning so it didn't interfere with the day. The staff at check in were great and helped us with directions since we checked in late and there was road construction. Definitely worth the money, the trip was amazing and we would return in a heartbeat!

First of all I want to say, if you're reading this and this home is big enough for your family...Rent it now, you will not be disappointed! There were 4 adults and two kids (15mos/2.5 yrs) in our party. We had plenty of space and were able to rent a crib for my daughter which was nice. The home was clean, bright and cheery with lots of little decorative touches that whisper "Relax, you're on vacation". The pool was awesome, no need to pack up and go anywhere to swim, which is priceless with little ones. When you finish swimming, you can go right in the house or lounge on the lanai and eat lunch in swimsuits! It was a short drive or maybe a 20 minute walk to the beach..we always drove. There was a full washer and dryer, which was an added bonus so we could clean beach towels, clothes etc. The home is in a beautiful gated community, with a huge pool and nice sandy playground. The kitchen had decent quality cookware and nice stoneware dishes. My one suggestion for families with kids is to make sure little ones have water socks for the pool deck and tile inside the house if they get wet (both my kids slipped and fell..they were fine :-)

I was very pleased with this home and the area. The house was very clean and neat. My family really enjoyed it. Even my sister, who is not very easy to please did not want to leave. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures that were online looked exactly like the house and i wasn't sure if we would have a washer and dryer, but we did and that made things even better. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was wonderful. The only issue I had was when we booked the home, we did not have the physical address of the home and when we ordered take out, we didn't know where we actually were, so maybe giving the physical address of the home would be more helpful.
