Sunchase #6 is a 3-story townhome directly on the beach, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Enjoy spectacular views from private decks on all 3 levels, with access to the beach from the first and second levels. Recent updates in March 2009 include fresh paint throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen, new window treatments, and bath fixtures.
The first floor has a studio bedroom with king bed, jacuzzi tub bathroom, sitting area with TV and DVD player, washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave and sink. Sliding doors take you to the deck, and after a few steps down, you are directly on the beautiful white sands of the gulf coast.
On the second floor is the living room, dining table, kitchen and a half bath. The view is great from the living room, and a sliding door with screen allows you to feel the gulf breeze while sitting on the sofa! The private deck is furnished with patio furniture, and glass railings allow unobstructed views of the beach and ocean.
The third floor has 2 bedrooms, each with king beds and private baths. The master bedroom on the beach side has a private balcony with a perfect view, day or night.
A beach umbrella and 4 chairs are also provided for use during your stay (March 1-October 31).
