It was advertised as being able to see the beach. There was a palm tree that you could look around to actually see water if you were wearing glasses. The lighting in the condo was not conducive to reading. The security was not as good as I would like. The furniture outside was very uncomfortable. But it was fun and we had a good time on the beach but I would not stay there again. Older couples might enjoy it if they did not want to see the ocean.

We stayed here over the new year traveling from Kansas. Many of our friends had recommended Destin to us, but it was better than we had even expected. We had very warm temperatures, 2 days at 72 degrees including New Years Eve. The beach is beautiful and the water was great! As far as the property, the inside of the condo was very nice. It had recently been remodeled and looked as nice as the pictures. It was a great value for the rental price. Unfortunately, the outside of the condos were not very nice. They are being remodeled right now and that was not communicated to us. My wife was disappointed in the look of the complex when we pulled in because the outside looked so bad. The condos are very old and are in need of remodel so we were glad that the work was being done, but we wished someone would have told us about the construction. One morning we woke up with a construction worker right outside standing on the view deck of our condo with no warning; not the best thing when you walk out of the shower. Two mornings, the workers woke our girls up with construction noise. That was frustrating. I think we felt the rental agency should have told us that when we were booking the property. It is just a short walk to the beach and that was really nice! Shopping and restaurants around the area are terrific!

My daughter's graduation wish was trip to the beach. I had no idea what I was doing when I went to book a trip like this. The entire process from intial investigation to actual arrival was seamless. The staff was the absolute best. The package was great for my family. The property was a dream. The unit was newly remodeled and we loved it!!! There was plenty of room for us. The beach could be seen from our windows. I am not a water person, but I ended up being the first one up and at the beach everyday. We intend to make this our family getaway each year. We look forward to coming next year. I thank the staff and the owners for making my daughter's dream vacation come true. We were able to rest, relax, regroup and still have funds for an excellent vacation. If you are loaded or on a budget, this is the place for you! I will see you next year!!!
