we have stayed here for the last 3-4 years. we never had a problem before. I have always recommended this place highly.But this go around. I have a 20% off cupon sent via email for previous guest. Told the lady when I booked and she said it would be honored. when I got my bill it was not at a disscount rate, I have since called and emailed with no reply. I was very upset that no one has even called or emailed me back.We also had kids under our unit shooting fireworks at my kids when they where walking back from the pool.Then the fireworks show started again at midnight with kids running in the hall and knocking and ringing the door bell. I spoke with the front desk about this the next day and was told sorry, we even had the number of the unit still he would do nothing. I have always enjoyed our stay, but this year, we did not enjoy the stay at the unit.I booked a week so we could relax not stay up all night with bother some kids. I am don't think we will stay there again.
We apologize about the kids and the fireworks, the best you couldve probally done that late into the evening was call the police. Im also sorry about your discount and why no one got back in touch with you Im not sure why but I do apologize for the inconvience.
