When we arrived at the condo, it hadn't been cleaned. Icalled Crye-Leike and they had someone there right away to take care of it. We couldn't get any of the DVD or VHS machines to work. I called and they sent someone out, but we still were unable to use them. There are going to be issues when staying somewhere, but I was pleased at how quickly Crye-Leike responded.
The Condo was awesome, the view could have been a little better, but it wasn't too bad considering you have to look to the left to see the beach. Very spacious, quiet location, and easy access to the beach although the private entrance is unnecessary, because there is a public entrance approximately 20 yards down the strip. Overall an excellent stay. I would rent again.
Very reasonable rates for the peak season in Destin. Also, we were told that the unit was directly across the street from the beach. And it REALLY was. Very clean and comfortable unit. Will come back again soon....
My parents owned a condo at the Enclave for several years and we really enjoyed the location of the property. The swimming pool and tennis courts are great. It is in a great location for early morning walks on the sidewalks by Destiny by the Sea. The beach area is nice and clean. We have met so many people on our vacations at Destin, it has been a wonderful experience for our family. We have been coming to Destin for 10 years and have stayed at the Enclave every time but one and we were disappointed the year we did not stay there. So we plan will plan continue to come to Destin and stay at the Enclave.
