This low-rise condominium is conveniently located just across from the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Featured amenities are: private beach access, heated swimming pool, lighted tennis courts and club house. Other features include bunk beds, CD and DVD players.
Great location and easy to get to the beach. Thought the price was reasonable as well. The condo was roomy and comfortable.
We rented the condo at Ciboney in Destin for spring break 2009. It was my family and another couple. We enjoyed our stay but had a couple of issues. We asked if the condo was on the beach and were told the beach was just across the grass. We were not told it was across the grass, and across the road. Also, we had a handicap person in our party and we asked if the beach was handicap accessible and were told it was. I do not consider two flights of stairs (I didn't count them but there was a lot) handicap accessible. This made it very difficult to get to the beach for this person. Other than that the condo was very clean, and everyone had a good time. Only two of the bedrooms had tvs and only the master had a dvd player also. There were plenty of towels, and dishes for everyone. The air did not get the condo as cool as I would have liked but it was livible. Also we were given only one key to the beach, and since we were two individual families it would have been nice to have two.
