The Luau entry foyer arouses visions of the South Pacific, with its slate flooring and bamboo and rattan ceiling.
The lush tropical landscaping of the Luau pool vicinity celebrates the spirit of the Polynesian Islands. Water cascades down from volcanic rocks into the 4,000 square foot saltwater pool; jets of water gush up from the kiddy pool creating a fountain that is sure to entertain the kids; and the bubbling hot tub invites those who seek a warm, therapeutic jacuzzi. Don’t forget to grab a frozen margarita or strawberry daiquiri and a tasty sandwich from the poolside tiki bar (seasonal).
As you probably know, a luau is a traditional Hawaiian feast featuring delicious eats from the South Pacific. We strongly recommend that you have your own luau at Luau, but with a touch of Destin! The onsite family BBQ facility features stainless steel gas grills... perfect for grilling your favorite cut of meat from Publix or those fillets from the grouper you caught earlier out in the Gulf.
Don’t forget about the sunset deck! Located on the 11th floor of Tower 2, the sunset deck offers spellbinding panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Baytowne Golf Course and the renowned Sandestin coastline.
Ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes and free weights await those who want to take advantage of the onsite Luau fitness center, which is conveniently located on the ground floor of Tower 2.
Luau 6427 is located on the 4th floor of Tower 2 and offers eastern views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is elegantly decorated with furnishings fit for King Kamehameha himself. The kitchen features marble countertops, black appliances and a breakfast bar.

When you stay at the Luau, you will be ensured Kaiolohia... which means “tranquil peace of mind” in Hawaiian. It really doesn't get much better than this.
We really enjoyed being at the Luau. From the time we checked in till the time we departed it was very welcoming and relaxing. The condo was really nice, comfortable and convenient. My husband was very impressed and enjoyed working out in the fitness room. There was a short walk to the beach, a restaurant and bathroom facility if needed. The beach was great and umbrellas and chairs were available to rent. The pool was very spacious with plenty of lounge chairs and a nice waterfall which made it that much more relaxing. We were centrally located to anything we needed or wanted to do. It's a very nice place to go and I'd recommend it to my friends as well as coming back myself.
The condo was clean and well kept but the bed was well worn with a matress in need of replacement. The property was nice with a large pool area.
The luau 6427 unit was okay. Unit was just average. Bathroom very small and not enough starter supplies for even 2 people. I brought extra toilet paper and soap which we needed to use. Carpets were stained and buckling. We were told the unit was cleaned and when we got there the cleaning man was just beginning to clean as previous renters had not checked out unitl after 2PM.
I must say I was pretty nervous booking this because I had never rented a condo before. the people at Cryle Leike was exceptional. They were extremely courteous, responded to all my emails and phone calls. Even allowed me to check in a couple of hours early at no cost. We drove 11 hours and was exhausted but the place was very clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We will be going back for sure.
Place was very nice & great location - however not directly on beach....would have been a super trip with awesome friends had we not ended up with the flu!!! Would definitely stay there again!
Home was clean, nicely appointed and had a nice view. Easy to enter building, park, ammenities of property are all-encompassing, would certainly recommend.
This is the first time that we've rented a condo so we're newbies to the idea. I was looking for a place that was walking distance to the beach and that had a washer & dryer. We have a 3, 2 & 1 year old, so we were looking for something safe and convenient for the family. Our plans were to go to the beach, eat at nice places and enjoy the pool. So after exploring some hotel options including the nearby Hilton, this one looked enticing. The reservation went smoothly. It was handled professionally over the phone. Our check in was fine. The only issue was that the condo wasn't cleaned when we arrived. So I put a call into the office and they had someone come into the room to address it in less than 10 minutes. Superb response time and attentiveness to detail in the cleaning. The condo itself was clean and nice. Everything was in fairly new condition.
