Our whole family enjoyed the fantastic view of the ocean. The location was wonderful and the beach was beatiful. We loved walking at the beach at night and swimming in the ocean! The whole stay was very relaxing and fun.
I wasnt' thrilled with having to wear wrist bands to enter pools and gates... i thought it was enough to have a key access. I liked the covered parking especially midday. It was a pleasant not overly crowded condo.
We enjoyed our stay at Silver Beach Unit 1102 - the place was spacious and the pools were great and access to the beach was easy!
Very comfortable, 2 bedrooms , one for the kids and one for us. Kitchen, large living area and big balcony on top of the ocean(almost) Once we arrived we knew their was no reason to leave. We got what we needed for the week and relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. Thank You.
I have no issue with the unit, or the building. The beach was fantastic and the pool clean, facility secure, etc. However, the experience with the realty company was poor. From the very beginning (reserving the room) to the end, the employees of Crye-Leike constantly contradicted eachother, the contract documents were in contradiction to itself for both check-in and check-out, and the amenities such as internet was a mess. Bottom line - the company has no idea about the units they are representing, and they can't get the written details to agree even within the same documents. I had a fight on the phone with a representative of the company that was completely unnecessary. In the end, the unit did have very good internet access, and she was representing that it has none. A renter can not trust this company, especially with promises on the phone. Get everything in writing.
The condo was great and the property as a whole was top notch. We enjoyed the security of the building and the property always was clean. The beach service was great, but did not expect the price jump in chair rentals. The only complaint was the pressure washing of the building everyday, but it was not enough to not give the highest rating.
It was the perfect 4 day get-a-way before school started for the kiddos (mom and dad too). We loved the beach, pool and location. The condo was perfect, comfortable and clean. My only criticism ...The fitness center was a bit of a pain to access, the code was incorrect and there was no one to assist.
