We had a wonderful week in SanDestin and were able to spend lots of time on the beach to soak up the sun and relax. Our condo was very nice, but it was not as "close" to the beach as we thought. We could see the beach and the water, but our view had us tucked sort of in the back of Beachside 1. This didn't dimish the trip, but a view closer to the beach would have been nicer. The amenities of the condo/TV/kitchen/washer-dryer, etc...were great. Maybe we missed the fine print, but we didn't realize that we would have to supply our own toilet paper and garbage bags if we ran out of the what was in the condo the day we got there. Overall, we had a great stay and the condo was nice and met our needs. I would recommend this to a friend, but I would let them know it is not as close to the beach as they might think and there is a big sand dune in front of their view.
I like the 3rd floor but The unit we rented did not have morning or afternoon sun. The view of the beach was limited by the trees and narrow view between building's..
