This beautiful 2 story house is located directly on Destin’s famous sugary white beach and Emerald Waters. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach this house is perfect for anyone’s vacation! What could be more perfect than waking up and walking out your back door directly onto the beach? Absolutely nothing! This house was built in a great location, within walking distance of a few restaurants and local shopping is nearby. When you step foot inside this house you will feel like you’ve just stepped onto “cloud nine”. The view from this house is one that you will never forget whether you’re relaxing on the balcony after a day at the beach or enjoying the sunrise from your master suite. Bring your whole family to this house to share a bit of paradise with everyone!
This house was amazing! We had a total of 13 people and it was plenty big to accomodate us all. We were very pleased. With that said though there were a few minor things we noted about the house, maintence things mainly. That list was given to the receptionist upon checkout. The last 2 days we were there the air on the bottom floor wasn't cooling. So the guests in those 2 rooms slept on the floor on the second level. Of course we were unhappy about that. Did it change our overall view of the house? No, but having to sleep on the floor was not fun!
A beautiful, up to date home right on the beach. Literally, the home is built in the sand! We had a large group and the house accommodated quite nicely with a large, modern kitchen, three balconies, and an excellent location for heading into Destin, San Destin, or just sitting on the beach.
the location of home was perfect. the home was very nice. we paid extra to bring our pets,but were not told pets were not allowed on the beach. i also paid 425.00 for a house cleaning fee and the house was not as clean as we thought it would be. but overall our short stay was very nice and we would go back.
The beachhouse was awesome! Everyone had a fantastic and relaxing time. The location was great and convenient, close to all amenities we needed. Parasailing was within walking distance. A convenient store was right across the road and a grocery store nearby. It was awesome being right on the beach. The ocean is beautiful!!! We will definitely be returning.
The house needs some upkeep. It is in dire need of a paint job and general repair. The chairs on the desks are all rusted, the refrigerator in the kitchen didn't work well. We had trouble with the door, the freezer didn't make ice and the refrigerator froze our fruit. The refrigerator in the garage didn't make ice either. The cable didn't work when we first arrived and after the cable guy left we still couldn't use two of the TVs. Garbage from the previous renters was left in the garage and then we were charged $25 because we left some garbage. We put the cans out on Thursday as instructed by the note but couldn't do anything with the garbage after Thursday. One of the toilets was running when we first arrived so we had to have a plumber out. The house overall is a great house, it just is in need of some attention.

We spent four days at this wonderful, pet-friendly house right on the beach. It was great. The house has an extra large kitchen which was great for our group. I would highly recommend this rental. We actually hope to stay here again in the future. The only problem we had was that my father-in-law had a hard time climbing the stairs. The house has three floors with the main level on the second floor. Would not recommend for older people. Again, this was a wonderful house and would highly recommend.
