We enjoyed our stay at Golfview Condo. The Condo had all the amenities that we needed and was clean. The location was very good for shopping and for dining and it was right across from the beach. Unfortunately the weather was not very good this past January and we could not enjoy the beautiful beach as much as we would have liked. We did enjoy walking on the beach and looking at the water and shells.
The location of this property was amazing!! The pictures of the condo online do not do it justice. It had wonderful people to work with, and the amentity package was unbelievable!!! We thoroughly enoyed our Spring Break trip to Destin. The condo was perfect!! Clean and comfortable. The location was great! No complaints at all.
Enjoyed being away from MN winters but we wish the weather in Destin, FL had been warmer. The heated pool was great for visiting granddaughters!
It was a nice place but the floors were full of sand and when you came out of the tub with wet feet it made footprints with dirt on the floor. I tried to clean the floor but the mop was not that good and there were no cleaning agents in the room. We also had a hard time getting the key and the front door to cooperate when we tried to get in. You had to wiggle and jiggle and mess with it for several minutes.The access to the beach and the shopping outlets was awesome.
Everything about our stay was great. We have four in our family including two kids under ten. There was plenty of room for us and the place was clean and bright. The property was quiet at night and the proximity to the beach was ideal.
Upon arrival there was a pair of childrens panties on the shower rack. Sand all over the floor. This after having to wait to check in for clean up. The first night there the power was out for over 6 hours without any help from management company. The next night the power was out for aver an hour with no word again from the management company. In all the condo itself was ok but the management company of the property (Crye-Leike Realty) ruined the whole vacation. I will not be staying at this property again.
Amy, We do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The check in time is in-between 3:00pm-6:00pm and you condo was a back to back that day. We apologize about the power being out and had no control over the situation. The power was out all through out Destin. The employees at Crye-Leike did not have power as well and I do remember speaking with you about this that night and I could not apologize enough. The next night many people experienced the power outage again. I do understand your frustration with the power being out but again we had no control over the situation.
We enjoyed the unit and actually received calls from the owner during our stay checking to see how things were going. He was very helpful and understanding of our problems and concerns. Our problem was with Crye-Leike Costal Realty. Our unit was not ready until after 7:00 p.m. on day of arrival. We drove 13 hours and then had to wait 3 hours for the unit to be cleaned. The P-trap in the bathroom sink was leaking and after several calls to Crye-Lieke with no response, I ended of fixing. We had dirty linen that we had to wash because they didn't bring us new linen. I would rent again, but not through Crye-Leike Costal Realty.
My girlfriend and I stayed for four nights in late August. The time we shared there was wonderful. We both look forward to returning next summer. The service we received was wonderful and will use this reality company for years to come. Thank you for your professional attitude and making us feel at home see you guys next year!

The accomodations were wonderful. Everything you could possibly need is in this rental! Beaches are within a short walk and the pools are pristine. Definitely a perfect vacation place!
