Beachwalk Villas 5063 is a darling two bedroom located on the beach side of the 5 star Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This unit is perfect for every getaway!

Kim Porter did a very good job of helping us acquire a place to stay. She was helpful and pleasant, returning several of my phone calls and answering lots of questions. Due to circumstances beyond either party's control, we needed to change units and Kim put us in contact with Courtney at the realty office who aided us in making a location change. We were very happy with the Beachwalk Villa and pleased with Courtney's help. The location was great--not far from the beach and much better for our family since we carry bikes, golf clubs, beach equipment, etc. and we could park right in front of the unit. We could even store our bikes on the private porch. It was clean, roomy, and nicely furnished with everything we needed. I would recommend that the cleaning service leave trash bags since we only had one but needed more. The amenity which allowed a free round of golf for one adult was a great benefit which we took advantage of twice. It was a key factor in our decision to use Cry
I enjoyed the home. We did have some issues including the pull out bed as it was broken so we had a couple uncomfortable each night and in the morning as they woke up. It did not sleep 6 well. Also there were items bunched in the closet. When one was opened a flower ornament with dirt fell out that we had to clean up. The room was more expensive than our other friends that got there condos in the same village from different websites. It did have enough trash bags, paper towels, and oilet paper which was convienient. Pretty good stay.
The Sunday Cottage offered a heated pool. We were not told that the pool would not be heated until after arrival. We were misinformed and very disappointed. The house was nice, but we have small children that look forward to swimming in a "real" pool on their vacation. Too cold for them to swim without the heater!! Would not go back!
We do apolgize about the pool not being heated and that the kids couldnt enjoy themselves. The pools are normally heated during the cooler months of the yr but thank you for bringing this to out attention.
I was very pleased with the accommodations. The location was great and the group and I all had a wonderful vacation. I would definately recommend this home to others looking to book their vacation in the Destin, FL area.
