This two story, 3 bedroom townhouse is nestled right on the bay with breath taking views in the heart of Sandestin which is a 5 Star resort. Enjoy the all new village at Baytowne Wharf where you can shop till you drop & enjoy lunch or dinner at one of many restaurants in the village. There is private beach access and its located by the Laurrie bayside pool.
While traveling on business, I took my family with me to Destin and stayed at Northshore 962. The accomodations were very spacious and comfortable. Additionally, we had everything we needed from linens to kitchen supplies. The view was amazing as it is located right on the Bay! I think relaxing on the screened in porch in the evenings with a glass of wine is what I enjoyed most of all! We will return!
We enjoyed our stay in Northshore 962. The layout of the condo is good. We loved the back porch being right on the bay. And, we liked the fact we were just a few feet away from the pool. The only complaint is the air condition comfort upstairs is not comfortable, especially if you closed a bed-room door. Something needs to be done to better cool the upstair bedrooms.
The layout of the home was nice and we had a pretty good time. There are DEFINATELY SOME ISSUES that should be dealt with or that others should know. 1. Master bedroom door wouldn't lock. 2. Barely any hot water, not even enough to get through a 10 minute shower. 3. Water pressure for showers / baths was like a perculating coffee pot. 4. TV's and other ammenities really need to be updated. 5. Management company needs to give better instructions as to trash removal/pickup. 6. Only condo I've ever stayed in where one trash liner, and one roll of toilet paper is provided. 7. Guests have a lot of responsibility for cleaning up duties even after paying over $120.00 cleaning service fee. Thought this was a little rediculous. **Not trying to sound so harsh, but these are things I would have like to have known before renting this condo.
Had a great time. Nice and quiet on the bay side. This gated community had everything you needed, even a Starbucks! The home we stayed in was really nice and plenty of room. I would recommend this vacation home to everyone. Thanks for a great vacation stay!
I highly recommend this condo. The bay is only a few steps off the screened in patio. Beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets. Fully equiped and very well maintained. It's a very short walk to the pool and the golf course. I would definitely try to stay in this condo again on a return trip.
We stayed for six nights and were very impressed by the townhouse. It was well-designed and very clean and it was nice to sit on the porch and enjoy the bay which was only a few feet away. We had everything we needed and could walk to the community pool which our kids absolutely loved. The beach wasn't far away and it was beautiful, as well. It was very quiet and relaxing and we are looking forward to visiting again next year if not sooner.
This well-appointed, comfortable and centrally-located condo is situated close to the swimming pool area, fitness centre, spa and golf course in a quiet and particularly beatiful area of Sandestin. There are abundant fishing opportunities both in the local ponds and in the Bay itself. It is tucked away right on the shore of Choctawatchee Bay, just steps from the water, and views are magnificent from all back windows and balcony.
My experience with Crye-Leike Coastal Realty has been execellent. I will continue to lease through them each Sprng and Fall. This house was okay - the view is great but the house needs a lot of work. And there was a very crabby retired neighbor next door that tried to make our stay unpleasant. Didn't work!!

I have stayed at Northshore before and found the view of the bay outstanding. We enjoy seeing all the activity of the bay and the cool breezes off the water in the evening. We love being able to sit out on the balcony and look up at the stars and hear the gentle lapping of the waves on the shoreline. Over all I think it is our favorite place to vacation. I hope to come back multiple times a year.
We loved the scale and scope of the property and its location right on the bay. Our issues were with the need of either carpet replacement or very deep cleaning of same. It was unpleasant. Also furniture slip covers could stand a thorough cleaning. Faucet handles were missing on one of two sinks in master bath, lampshade missing on one lamp. Refrigerator light had a short in it. If all of the above are corrected, would rent again.
