Just steps from the highly sought-after emerald green waters and sugar white beaches make this location super handy!

The kitchen is amazing and has been completely renovated. This fully stocked kitchen delivers stellar views while cooking your favorite meal.
The living room is spectacular with a large flat screen TV with eye popping views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The patio is equipped with comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning view of the Emerald Coast along with the resort style pools.

Aerial Dunes 1504 has an exquisite Master Bedroom providing a king size bed and features a flat screen TV for guest enjoyment (only when it rains). The Master also provides a pristine full bathroom and Views of the Emerald Coast.
The second bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom as well. Perfect accommodation for a double couple getaway.

Aerial Dunes I offers top notch amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Feel free to enjoy one of the beautiful pools this amazing condominium has to offer. The fitness center allows you to keep up your daily workout routine. One of the on-site pools is heated seasonally allowing for year-round enjoyment. All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To begin your stay: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

My experience was lovely...My husband and I had a wonderful experience very close to the beach. I really didn’t think that the view would have been great based on the pictures shown but after getting there the view was the very best...will try again to book from here. We loved it!

This condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We were able to enjoy the beautiful oceanfront views while relaxing on the comfortable balcony furniture. The views from both the living room and master bedroom were perfect. The condo was quiet and close to all amenities and activities. Also, having an on site restaurant made things easy as well. My family had a blast and we will definitely be staying here again.
