Bahia 4119 is an accommodation that is absolutely perfect for your stay! This Sandestin® condo is newly renovated with granite counter tops and freshly painted walls. This open and airy unit is sure to feel like home away from home.

Bahia 4119 features a beautiful entryway leading to an in-unit laundry space, shared full bathroom and large master bedroom. The main living area is equipped with a large queen sleeper sofa and two luxurious chairs for extra seating. This space is topped off with a large flat screen tv and porch access.

In addition to its fabulous furnishing, Bahia 4119's location is absolutely convenient. Step right out of the back door and you are steps away from the large community pool and hot tub. Being situated in the heart of The Village of Baytowne Wharf, you'll be right in the middle of all the action. From shopping to dining, to drinks at one of the many fun-filled nightclubs, you're sure to find something to love.

The Bahia complex sits inside the secured community of Sandestin®. It features gated underground parking as well as a fitness center and coin laundry room. The pool deck features a lagoon style pool, a wading pool and a hot tub.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violations of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

The unit was very clean and in a good location. The pool was right outside our door. It was a short walk to Baytowne Wharf (about five min). The parking garage was nice in that it was marked by each building and an elevator took you to your exact building.

First time to the Destin area and staying at this condo near Baytown Wharf was perfect. This condo was ground floor right across from the pool and walking trails. Parking was underground in parking garage so that was never an issue. Very clean as well. The tram was okay, had to wait a long time only once but this was also during fall break so I wasn’t upset. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice place. Great amenities and location. Friendly host. Only things wish they had coffee filters for maker. And parking garage and lot was hard to get space during labor day week. The golf carts were hogging regular parking.

Loved staying here for my husbands birthday! The drive to the beach is so easy! The entertainment is endless in this area and the condo itself is clean and in the perfect location. We loved being on the bottom floor and checkin and check out was so easy! We will definitely stay here again!

Room was very nice. Very convenient to the pool and short walking distance to the village. Master bed was comfortable. Living room furniture was not comfortable and could be updated. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great location but we were disappointed in a few things... it looked like there were roach droppings in the kitchen, the dishes were not exactly clean and while there was detergent for the dishwasher, there was no dish soap. We were even more disappointed that the hot tub, one of the reasons we chose this particular property, was closed. When I called to ask if there was another one on site the person I spoke to had no idea the hot tub wasn't open... we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch and found the space perfect for our long-weekend.
