Description

COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures
Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!

Welcome to Beach Walk! This stunning private home is situated on a quiet street that leads straight to the beach boardwalk. No busy roads to cross! Just a short, leisurely five-minute stroll and your toes will be in the soft, sugar-white sand overlooking the clear turquoise waters of the gulf. Relax in the private courtyard with a Florida-style splash pool, perfect for the kids to enjoy or for the adults to gather around with a cool beverage. (Pool can be heated for an additional $35/day charge.)

Beach Walk boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths in the main house and a separate private guest house with an additional bedroom (#6) and large full bathroom (#5). The airy coastal decor of the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area soothes and refreshes as only a trip to the beach can do. The kitchen features stainless appliances and all the equipment needed to prepare a perfect meal. A Keurig coffeemaker is provided for guests to enjoy. Dine in casual elegance at the large, family-sized table for eight or pull up one of four bar stools to the granite countertop bar. An additional table with seating for two is located in the same main floor area. After a day in the sun, settle in with your loved ones for a movie or family game time.

On the main level, there is a king master suite with a beautiful bathroom that includes an oversized walk-in shower. On the second floor, you will find a second king master suite with a tub/shower combination in its bathroom. Two queen bedrooms, each with their own private adjoining bath, are also on the second floor. A bunkroom with a twin over full bunk and a trundle completes the bedrooms on that level. The bunkroom provides an X-Box One system with several games to entertain the younger guests. In the private guest house, the beach house design continues in a king bedroom with oversized bathroom and kitchenette. All bedrooms feature flat screen televisions.

A gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining complete the pool area and courtyard. The splash pool is 6 ½ x 14 feet and slopes from 3 to 4 feet deep. There is a wonderful outdoor shower on the side of the house that makes washing off the sand a breeze and helps keep the pool crystal clean and clear for your enjoyment. Enjoy the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys, all provided for your use. A handy beach wagon is also provided for fun trips to the beach.

Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, Beach Walk is close to shopping and the area's many charming restaurants. With the comforts of home, the proximity of the beach, and the fabulous variety of activities the area offers, plan for a vacation filled with fun memories!

Other things to note: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

Beach Walk is a lovely, well kept home. With it’s six bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths it was perfect for our family of ten. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the amenities that we needed. Having a private pool was wonderful. The beach chairs, floats and beach wagon were perfect. The short walk to the beach was so convenient.
The property is well-maintained. The property management company quickly helped us with a few small concerns.
We highly recommend this property and hope to return!

We had an amazing time at the Beachwalk property. The private splash pool was perfect for the kids and the house comfortably slept all 14 of us. The beach was not crowded and was not a bad walk. We will definitely be back.

We had a good time overall, when we attempted to use the grill to cook our dinner, we were surprised to find it filthy and my brother had to go spend $40 to get a new propane tank and then we had to start the grill with a lighter because the starter wouldn't work. Also, when we arrived there was so much chlorine in the tiny pool that we couldn't get in until my sister removed some of the chlorine pellets, the furnishings were very up to date and the house was well stocked, although we expected a bit more for the price of the house and the walk to the beach was very far and unattemple for our disabled mom

Very nice beach house. The owners thought of everything to make a stay away from home comfortable. It was very nice and met our large family's needs. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made for a nice stay. I would definitely stay there again.

This home was everything we hoped for and more. The pictures don't adequately convey the size of the downstairs kitchen, living, and dining area. We were a family of 18--including 5 babies under the age of 18 months! Each bedroom had adequate room for a pack n play. The guest house had room for 2 baby sleeping areas.
The kitchen was well stocked--with lots of large pans and plenty of pots. There were 2 coffeemakers--a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee. There was also a oversized slow cooker. The courtyard was perfect for the kids--the pool a perfect size for little people. The amount of beach chairs was amazing--we had all brought chairs--except for 1 couple--we could have all used what was there. The beach wagon was a wonderful help, as was the beach umbrellas. We were able to park 5 vehicles in the driveway--3 the regular way and 2 diagonally behind them. The walk to the beach was fine--maybe 5 minutes--especially with all the stuff and kids we had. The gate access in the rear of the yard was perfect for getting everything to the street without having to maneuver around our parked vehicles. It also made it convenient to shower when returning. The only thing wrong was that the icemaker was not working. We purchased ice everyday--probably would have had to do that anyway with the amount of people we had in the home. We would definitely consider staying here again--that is if we don't have more babies in the future!

This house is absolutely beautiful, there are bathrooms in each rooms except for the bunk room which is upstairs which was non problem since it was mostly women in this trip, downstairs is the master king room the shower is amazing very giod hot water, also there us a half bath downstairs, every thing we needed in the kitchen was there, cant say enough about the house, guest bedroom and kitchenette was across the pool which was very nice, also tje location was near everything including chick fila and the out let mall across the street, the beach was just a short walk also the house has a wagon with all your beach Necessity's it was awesome, i thank you guys so much for thinking if everything to make ones stay pleasurable

We all loved this house. It was a perfect size for our family of 15. Great walking distance to the beach. The house had a lot of extras, like a flat screen tv, dvd play and noise maker in each bedroom and was decorated beautifully. The pool was perfect for the kiddos. We would definitely pick this rental again!

The house was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Would suggest a couple things for the price to be included:
Additional towels (bath and kitchen)
Full length mirror
Soap dish in bathroom

Other than that, our stay was very nice. The walk to beach was not far. The staff always replied quickly to any concerns.

spent a long weekend here with 7 adults plus a baby. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved to layout - clean and updated, easy access to the beach, with lots of chairs and umbrellas! Would definitely stay there again!

We loved the house. The furniture was nice. Very beachy and airy. The bedrooms were all nice with enough bathrooms for all. A short walk on a small, quiet street to a beautiful beach, which was less crowded than the ones in Destin. The kids loved the splash pool. There was some construction on the main road, but that wasn’t a problem at all.

We were blessed with almost perfect weather! This house is fabulous for up to 6 couples... That says a lot! One bedroom has to share a bathroom and for us that was no problem because we were with good friends.... It was decorated beautifully and the pool was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked however, the you only have one towel per suggestion is to provide more towels and washcloths for guest... (suggestion for future visitors... bring a few more washcloths and towels)

We really enjoyed our week at Miramar Beach. The house was very comfortable and inviting even though we had a bit of difficulty locating the side street the home was on during the pouring down rain of tropical storm Alfredo. The home is very close to a Winn Dixie, a Dollar General and many restaurants. It will be nicer once they complete the highway construction on the main highway (98); even at ten pm it is bumper to bumper traffic.
The home has a nice wading pool (12 x 7) I would guess. It is a short walk to the beach pier (about a block, about 350-400 steps). Some of the nicest beaches I’ve ever seen; clean white sand and beautiful blue water.
The home has a very nice kitchen and seating for eight at the main table. The bedrooms are very nice and I thought the beds were surprisingly comfortable and we all slept great. The bath and showers are huge and very luxurious.

The house was spacious enough for 12 people and a baby. The kids loved the pool and the beach was a five minute walk. The location is excellent with a cvs and Winn Dixie directly across the street. Note that only two cars are allowed to park at the house (we parked other cars at the Quality Inn next door) but we would stay there again!!!

This was a very beautiful home. We had 9 adults and 4 children, and the home accommodated us perfectly.The only issue we encountered was that there was not any face-wash towels. Out of the 5 1/2 bathrooms, there were only 3 small towels, so we had to go and get more. Beds were comfy, home was clean.Easy check-in. If you want an extended check-out, I recommend calling at least 2 days prior.

This was an amazing house, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is so good! Beach, stores, and restaurants are within walking distance. The pool is an amazing touch! The beds are comfortable and basically every room has its own bathroom! Would def book again.
