Beachwalk Villa 5134 is located in the charming Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort on the Beachside. A top destination for vacationers looking for a relaxing vacation with great amenities in one area along the Emerald Coast. This beautiful villa features captivating views of the lake with a front-row seat to Florida's stunning sunsets!

Beachwalk Villa 5134 is an updated lovely three bedroom situated along the banks of Horseshoe Lake with a private front entrance. The first floor is your main living area. The living room features a large flat screen T.V. for guests' pleasure. From the living room, you can still see remarkable views of the lake while relaxing on the comfortable plush seating. The dining room provides great seating for family meals. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances. The villa boasts high ceilings and a cozy environment.

The first floor features two pristine private bedrooms, each with a private bath. One bedroom boasts a King bed; the other offers a cozy Queen bed. A short stroll up the stairs, and you are greeted by the loft with two additional twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa, The second floor also features an immaculate Master Bedroom providing a heavenly king bed and T.V. for guests enjoyment. Wash away the sand in the private Master Bathroom.

This Beachwalk Villa has a private deck on the lake where you can enjoy cooking on your private grill.

The Beachwalk Villas are very close to the beach and with one six-seat golf cart, it's an effortless trip down to the emerald green waters. You can take a ride over to the popular Baytowne Wharf featuring dining, entertainment, and shopping as well.

**One ticket is provided for each activity per day not per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partners' participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violations of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To begin your stay: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself. Only 2 car parking!

Centrally located, this spacious townhome had everything we needed and more! The place was adequately appointed. The home is much larger than what the photos show. It could easily fit two families. The patio was fantastic and overlooked the very large pond. Our some fished everyday while we were there. Having the golf cart was SO FANTASTIC!! I would recommend this place & plan to return.

The condo was beautiful. Nice sized rooms . Very comfortable livingroom with a large new TV and an awesome view of the lake. We enjoyed all the amenities Sandestin offered. A heated swimming pool, Baytowne ,beaches and restaurants. Golf cart was a big plus for getting around the community and to the beach. Happy we could bring our 2 small dogs along too. Weather could have been a touch warmer but was sunny and snow free. It was a great stay.

Very comfortable house for 7. Loved the lake view with fountain. Great golf cart (that fit 6) for easy trips to the beautiful beach. Lots of very good restaurants close by and accessible with the golf cart. Loved the patio table for outdoor meals. Make sure to bring your own dish soap, dishwasher tabs, tp, hand soap, etc. Put your early risers in the loft. It gets bright early! This was a great home for a multi-generational snd pet friendly stay.

This was our 10th stay in Sandestin, and our first time in Beach Walk. We loved the location - so close to the beach. The new 6-seater golf cart was perfect for cruising to the wharf or the beach. The pool is just across the parking lot. The condo has a great view over the lake. Everything was nice and clean and in good shape!

Loved having the golf carts to go to the beach and all over Sandestin!
The only thing is the whole condo smelled a little mildewy!

The property had plenty of room for our group. It was well laid out and everyone had plenty of space. The 2 golf carts were great for getting to the beach and to drive around the resort. The only issue we had was with the dryer. It took forever to dry a load of clothes. It put out very hot air, but the clothes took all day to dry. Maintenance came to look at it, couldn’t fix it, and said to feel free to continue using it. They were supposed to call the owners to either get an actual appliance repair place to look at or a new dryer. It was not resolved during our stay. We managed, but it was very inconvenient with 3 kids, we planned to have access to laundry facilities. Also, I don’t really think it was safe. The dryer got very hot, and was obviously malfunctioning. Seems like it could be a fire hazard. Disappointed that the issue wasn’t addressed with more concern.

Had a wonderful stay! The condo is clean and well appointed. The golfcart is a nice addition for getting around the resort. The golfcart battery charger went out during our stay however the property manager handled the situation very quickly. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

We stayed at your beautiful home for a long weekend. Home was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was great each morning and in warmer weather we would have definitely used the pool also! Great location and home to enjoy SanDestin!

The place was clean, well equipped and met our needs perfectly. Everyone had privacy with the separate beds/bathrooms and the common area was nice. The location is perfect, especially with the golf cart. The golf cart made getting around the community so easy. However a few more seats would have been ultra perfect. The community is something to see for sure. The beach and the wharf were so close. The Wharf was our favorite place for sure. It had everything including a visit from Santa, Ice skating rink, playground, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo exceeded my expectations. It is much larger than the pictures reveal. The decor was beautiful. It had all the amenities we could have needed. The closet outside was full of beach items, chairs, boogy boards, floats and toys. The sand toys were especially helpful as we had forgotten ours. The floor plan was perfect for our party of 6. The twin beds upstairs on the loft were great for the 2 kids. We loved the golf cart for going to the beach. So much fun. The condo is so close to the pool. Just a few steps away. Very clean and quiet. There is another pool right by the beach, too. When we didn't want to ride back to Beachwalk Villas, we went to that pool. We loved the pond behind the condo. It was so peaceful and serene. We spent a good deal of our time relaxing outside. Over all, I can't think of anything negative. The only downside was it was Fall Break and very crowded on the beach. The Rental chair company let people sit infront of the paying customers. It was most irritating to not be able to see the ocean from our chairs. Of course, this has nothing to do with the condo or Destin Getaway rentals. I highly recommend both. I hope to be renting again soon.

We normally stay on 30A every year giving our children and grandchildren a relaxing vacation time, this year our family expanded there for needing a larger dwelling, Beach Walk villa 5134 fit nicely for our needs. The condominium was central location for a golf cart community, thus rarely having to get in our vehicles for things to do, the condominium was clean and had everything needed, quiet, spent probably more hours at the community pool than the beach, unfortunately the beach was very very crowded being 4th of July week, but all in all was great, the only suggestion I would have for the owners is the golf cart size (4 person) doesn't match the allotted amount of person's to condominium, a 6 person golf cart would work much better considering the type of community that's offered. We were grateful to have one though.

We have stayed multiple times in the Beach Walk Villas in Sandestin. This condo is clean and has had many updates. The 3 bdrm, 3 bath works for perfectly for our family. We had a few minor issues with the dishwasher and a tub drain but management addressed them quickly. Loved the perk of having a golf cart with this unit. Would rent again.

We loved our stay in Beachwalk Villa 5134. The condo is perfectly laid out, and it's steps away from the heated pool (huge plus for our spring break trip). The golf cart was great for trips to and from the beach, and the beds were comfy. Our only issue was the rug in the living room. It's a jute material, and we had a crawler with us. Everything she wore had rug remnants on it. Several of us started having allergy like symptoms during our stay, and they immediately got better after we left. We really think the jute rug may have something to do with it. Otherwise - gorgeous and fantastic stay.

Accommodations were exactly as expected. The process was easy and we enjoyed our stay. However, once I got home, I saw an email that they were charging me a $200 fee for cleanup. They accused me of having a pet on the premises and that there were feces all over one of the bedrooms. I did not have a pet and did not leave feces but they aren't believing me. When I left, there was someone there to work on the internet. I had him talk to Destin Getaways before I let him in and when I left, he was still there. I asked them to speak to whoever that was to confirm that I had no pets and that there were no feces in the unit when I left. They are refusing to look into it further and are just assuming that I am lying... I AM NOT LYING, I did not have a pet and did not leave feces in the unit, I am not the type of person that would live with feces in the unit.

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We would like guests to know we do not go out of our way to charge guests any extra fees. We would rather your stay be enjoyable and hassle free just like you expect it to be. However, in this case there was an overwhelming amount of evidence a pet was brought onto property without our knowledge. Secondly, we would of most likely let the fee go however, it cost over 200 dollars to have the carpets and rugs cleaned on top of deodorizing the bedroom. We inspected the property the same day the guest checked out. Cox communications did not bring any pet on site while performing professional services. We are sorry this has turned into an unfortunate situation however, we stand our ground a pet was brought and that it resulted in additional costs to ensure the next guest checking in did not have to endure any odors from the previous guest. We strive to ensure our guests leave happy and are more than happy to work on any cost for bringing a pet.

We have absolutely no complaints about this rental. Everything was perfect. It is in great condition, nicely decorated, and kept up to date. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots, pans, utensils, etc... There were plenty of towels for the 7 people we had.
This was our first stay in the Sandestin Resort, and it won’t be our last. Every thing is so convenient. Even though this unit isn’t directly on the beach, with the golf cart it is easy to get to. The pool is about 100 yards away and wasn’t overcrowded.
We talked with the rental company a couple times before our stay and once during our stay and the service was great. They quickly got someone to come over to reset the breaker when we tripped it.
The Family Fun pass was definitely a plus. The guys used it to get free rounds of golf.
We definitely recommend this rental.

The place was beautiful. The stay was great. No problems. Would definetly stay there again. The only downside of Sandestin is the beach is very crowded. We rented chairs and people are still allowed to park their stuff rt in front of u. Will not be renting chairs again.

We come to the beach alot but this is the first time we decided to stay off the beach. The villa was pretty, clean, and had been renovated. However, there is an electrical wiring problem that should be addressed. ALOT of the outlets do not work and those that do may only have one socket that works. It was a challenge to find outlets to dry hair, charge phones, turn on lamps, etc. Even the outside plug to charge the golf cart did not work. We called maintenance TWICE (had to leave a message) and never heard a peep out of them-EVER. We did have a problem once with the front door code but the front office came and resolved it pretty quickly. I understand a glitch now and then. But the golf cart charge had to be accessed thru a gate to the shed. We had complimentary access to the shed for beach chairs and such but in order to get to the shed we had to climb the wall because the gate latch would not work. And who ever plugged the cord in knew this already since the cord went OVER the wall and not thru the gate door. Soooo we had to leave the sliding glass door to a bedroom open to charge the golf cart (it was the closest plug that would work). When we left the unit the golf cart did not charge because of having to lock the sliding door and having to unplug the cord. The next renter may or may not have a charged golf cart when they arrrive. And hopefully Maintenance will not ignore them if there is a problem.
