Beachwalk Villa 5138 is located in the charming Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. A top destination for vacationers looking for a relaxing vacation with great amenities in one area along the Emerald Coast.

This beautiful villa features relaxing lake views. Includes a 4 seater golf cart for quick trips to the beach or over to the otherside of the resort!

Beachwalk Villa 5138 is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with a loft.

The first floor is home to a king master bedroom with private attached bath and patio great for drinking your morning coffee in private.

The large dining room can comfortably seat 6 people and the breakfast bar, 3 more. The large kitchen has all the modern stainless steel appliances as well as a toaster and coffeepot. This kitchen also boasts a tucked away washer and dryer for your convenience.

The living room contains a large flat screen T.V., and comfortable seating for the whole family. Off the living area is the back patio with a view of the golf course and a private gas grill.

A short walk up the stairs brings you to a loft room complete with 2 twin beds, a desk with a tv/computer monitor, and fun board games for entertainment.
Off of the loft is the second king master bedroom with a private attached full bathroom, with double sinks and a spacious stand-up shower.

The Beachwalk Villas are very close to the beach and it’s a short trip to the emerald green waters. You can take a ride over to the popular Baytowne Wharf featuring dining, entertainment, and shopping.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!
To begin your stay: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself. Only 2 car parking!

I always love staying in Sandestin/Baytown area. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and beach are all within golf cart distance. This unit is very roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable and we felt we had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The golf cart is an extra plus, however it needs a little work. It doesn’t drive very well - hard to steer. All in all was a great unit and would stay again!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Thanksgiving there with our family. We had everything we needed
in the kitchen. Property was very clean.
Property manager was very quick to respond. Great Customer service. The golf Cart was amazing! Pool was close. Beach was awesome! I totally recommend this property!!!!

This was a perfect villa for the four of us. It was clean and in a great location for all of the activities we wanted to do in the area. It was extremely handy to have the golf cart! We did have a few problems with some things in the villa but the management responded quickly to our message and even came out and repaired a part on the shower which was great. We would definitely stay in this neighborhood again. We enjoyed fishing right outside in the backyard several nights. One night we even grilled right on the patio which was very convenient.

Left cabinet door under kitchen sink needs a new lower hinge. Upstairs shower curtain with mold. Otherwise a nice property with a great location on the resort and we enjoyed our stay. The golf cart was very nice. I would rent again.

The unit was lovely and comfortable. We love the Beachwalk Villas because of the location and resort setting. The golf cart was great for getting around and to the beach. The dryer did not work so we weren’t able to wash laundry/beach towels. Also having an iron would have been helpful. The management company was extremely helpful!

We initially came to the property as a result of evacuating from New Orleans for Hurricane Ida. We stayed for approximately two weeks, and everything was great. The way the property is set up is very convenient; the upstairs area allows the kids to have their own space, while we stayed downstairs in our bedroom, which also had a small enclosed patio just outside of the sliding glass door. The kitchen and living area were also very comfortable and had great views of the pond through the rear sliding glass door. We will definitely return to this property for future vacations.
