Description

Welcome to "Bella del Sol" at Jetty East Condominiums! This magnificent three-bedroom, two-bath condominium has been professionally decorated in coastal colors to give you that beach-style vibe. This gorgeous unit not only boasts amazing views but is also professionally decorated and sure to provide you with the most memorable vacation. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over the Jetties and the Gulf of Mexico from the gracious, private balcony. The views allow guests to have an unbelievable front-row seat to the Harbor Walk Village seasonal fireworks show! The balcony also includes views of the nearby bird sanctuary and a fishing pond.
Bella del Sol has room for the whole family with a spacious living room, balcony, kitchen, dining room, and sitting area with an open floor plan.

The kitchen features all new stainless appliances and corian countertops. All the comforts of home are provided including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, crock pot, blender, and much more. There is a breakfast bar with three bar stools for additional seating.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a twin-size daybed and a pullout trundle that could also be used as a seating or lounge area. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. All new mattresses and high-end linens are provided for your comfort and convenience in this newly renovated and spacious three-bedroom condominium. Flat screen Tv's in all bedrooms and living area.
Both spacious bathrooms feature double vanity sinks and a shower/bathtub combination.

Bella del Sol is in the Family Friendly, Private, Gated Jetty East condominium community on Holiday Isle!
There is 900 feet of private beach exclusively for the Jetty East Community. The heated pool and hot tub are located just by the beach with plenty of lounge chairs and tables for your use. The pool area features a large sunbathing deck overlooking the beach. Enjoy the community tennis courts and shuffleboard courts overlooking the beach as well. There is also a covered grilling pavilion with tables, chairs, and twelve different grills available. There is a fitness center located on site for your convenience.

Destin Harbor is easily accessible by water taxi with endless family fun activities. You can rent pontoon boats, take a dolphin cruise or the pirate cruise. Enjoy dinner at one of the many delicious restaurants overlooking the Destin Harbor.

Guests are given one free pass for each activity, per paid night.**One ticket is provided for each activity per day not per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partners participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Our regular condo rental fell through at the last minute. We were scrambling for a February rental. So happy we found this one. The condo itself was in pristine condition. The kitchen had every pot,pan and utensil I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The TV had good connections and a good cable provider. The swimming pool and beach access were amazing. I will definitely be back.

The apartment was exactly as in pictures with some generous freebies like beach chairs, bbq charcoal and every possible utensil one can need for a large family meal.
Rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. The highlight of the trip was that perfectly hot Jacuzzi with strong bubbles available all day long by the side of nice and warm pool. We spent many hours there. The staff is really nice and friendly, adding icing on the cake of your holiday experience.

Walk to the beach was like getting to your house backyard. Perfectly soft white sand without any debris or kelp or sea weeds. The location of property is perfect as it’s a walking distance from harbor entrance and a really good spot for watching sunset from the rocks with a can of beer looking at floting ships and tourist boats with enthusiastic crowds on board.

The only think I didn’t find in order was that outdated TV box whic I couldn’t even turn in for a single channel. Surprised those things still exist. Anyway, we were there for watching everything except the TV so no issue. Would be good if some operating manual or some instruction is provided for future vacationers.

Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint we have was the rooms did not get cool enough. The lowest we could go on ac was 70 and the rooms would stay around 80 need more vents in bedrooms. Living room stayed cool.

We Had a great time. The beach was awesome. The condo is very nice and roomy. Beds are comfortable. Lots of beach stuff in the closet to take down to the beach. All the restaurants were open. Only issue was one of the elevators was broken the entire week so sometimes it took a while to catch the elevator. Overall a great time.

This is our third trip to Destin, second time using Destin Get Away! The condo was just perfect! Clean is important to me and it was just like home to me! The people who work at jetty East were so kind and the grounds were amazing just as clean! Beach pool hot tub everything was great! Any need or concerns taken care of!!

We loved the unit. So many little touches that let you know the owners care about their guest. The unit is large, beautiful, well appointed, comfortable, and clean. It is convenient and easy access to everything. We were so pleased!
