Bluebonnet is the perfect getaway to the Emerald Coast's fabulous 30A area. Located at the Legends of 30A, this four-bedroom townhome is a short convenient walk to the beach and the pool is just steps from your door. Each floor balcony of this 30A vacation rental offers partial views of the Gulf of Mexico and will easily be one of your favorite places to unwind after an action-packed day at the beach.

Bluebonnet is a four-story townhome freshly updated and perfect for large families. The first story of the home is the covered parking fitting two vehicles in the driveway with additional guest spots within the neighborhood. Entering the home, you walk up the stairs to the main area.
The second floor is the dedicated heart of the home, where you will find a living room, dining area and full kitchen decorated with gorgeous granite countertops and equipped with upscale stainless-steel appliances. Also, the second floor includes a half bathroom and a laundry room with an individual washer and dryer.
The third floor features a king bedroom and an additional guest bedroom furnished with two sets of full bunks. Both bedrooms come with a full, private bathroom.
The fourth and last floor of this townhome contains the master bedroom suite presenting a plush, king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth-floor guest bedroom also comes with a private bathroom and is furnished with a queen bed.

Bluebonnet on the Beach townhome is 2,200 square feet, leaving plenty of space for families to stretch out and enjoy every inch of the space. Take advantage of the community BBQ grills, pool, hot tub, tennis courts and volleyball court. There is an array of activities for the whole family. Located super close to 3 beach accesses makes this a sought after rental!

Guests are given one free pass for each activity, per paid night.**One ticket is provided for each activity per day not per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partners participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in and/or leave overnight during the length of their stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To Begin Your Stay: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

Our family enjoyed our stay, It had the perfect amount of space for all of our needs! The home had everything you could need and was in great shape for our stay clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance to the beach however no private beach access and it was a bit of a walk. We were so close to the pool but it needed to be cleaner and the Hot tub didn’t work the entire length of our stay and it had dead frogs in it (yuck). Overall we did have a great trip bonding and spending time at the beach.

It was a great location and property, be prepared to walk up and down stairs. Didn’t find out about the beach chairs etc till 3 days before leaving, so when packing no need for chairs, nets, even a beach wagon was there to pull everything. Would recommend to anyone!!!
