COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures
Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all comely touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!

Bordeaux is a freshly updated, pristine two-bedroom cottage located south of Scenic Highway 98 in Destin, FL. This lovely Miramar Beach home rental is perfect for families.

Beachy, bright and clean! This home is in the Gulfside Cottages subdivision in Miramar Beach and is only a short 2-minute stroll to the beautiful beaches featuring a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private Master balcony.

Bordeaux is a newly remodeled and upgraded home from top to bottom. The brand-new tile plank flooring and freshly painted walls really brighten up this cozy cottage. The kitchen features granite countertops along with a new sink and faucet. The brand new stainless steel microwave, range, and refrigerator with icemaker will make cooking meals a breeze. A Keurig is provided for you to enjoy your favorite coffee while you sip from any of the private balconies. This cottage is beautifully decorated with new décor.

The furnishings are all brand new. Enjoy comfortable seating on the pull-out sofa sleeper couch featuring a cool gel memory foam mattress or the comfortable themed chairs all situated around the new 40’ Samsung flat screen T.V. Feel free to watch your favorite movie on the Blu-ray player provided. This house provides guests with the best Wi-Fi connection available with 100MB. The new dining room table has plenty of seating for six.

The Master suite has a brand-new king bed and en-suite master bathroom. The guest room has 2 brand new twin beds and has its own bathroom too. Each bedroom has brand new blankets & decor featuring vibrant beachy vibes. A T.V. is provided for each bedroom for guest enjoyment. Added beach amenities are 4 chairs, umbrella, and a wagon. These added amenities make your beach vacation memorable at no additional cost to you.

This home is pet-friendly making it an easy decision to bring the dog for this family affair. ** Please note that there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee if you are bringing a pet. If you book online it will be added within 24 hours by our team. Two dogs max and they must be under 30 pounds."

Bordeaux has porches galore! Double porches are featured on both the front and the back of the house with a porch off each bedroom; you can enjoy the gorgeous Florida weather from a different spot each day of your stay! This Destin vacation home has its own private gas grill and the seasonally heated community pool is just steps away.

The Bordeaux Miramar Beach home rental is close to all the best shopping and restaurants at the Silver Sands Factory Stores and is only a few minutes away to the Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin® and all the live music and nightlife it has to offer.

I loved the condo and the location was awesome. I was bothered that i requested room for 6 people to sleep and had a room with two twin beds. It was quite uncomfortable for adult men to sleep on them. It would have been nice to be alerted to this prior to reservation. Also, knowing that many people were staying more than a single roll of tissue paper in the bathrooms would have been nice.

The place was very nicely equipped and was very clean. The pool was very nice and the beach was a nearby walk. My only complaints was the parking was very tight and the Keurig coffee maker did not work. We called on Sunday telling them the keurig was not working and again on Monday that it was not working. It never was repaired or replaced. We were very disappointed.

Bordeaux checked all the boxes for our family of 4 and small Boston Terrior! The property was very clean upon arrival and was very well maintained. Rarely does a rental home truly match the website pictures, but this home did!! We found the home to be very comfortable and inviting. Kitchen was well appointed and refrigerator was large enough that we never felt we would run out of space. The king size bed in the master was superb! My wife and I both slept great the entire stay from our first night. The second bedroom adequately accommodated our 12 and 15 year old boys. My 5'9" 15 year old was almost too tall for the bed. (A 5'11" or taller person will not fit in the bed.) The porches were all lovely and served as wonderful locations for breakfast coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The neighborhood was absolutely charming! From the white picket fences and palm tree lined street to the centrally located swimming pool and easy access to the beach, we really could not have asked for more. There was no road noise and the only traffic on the street were from the people staying in the neighborhood. There are a couple options to walk to the beach and both take about the same amount of time....3 - 5 minutes. Very convenient!!

There were many restaurants and stores within walking distance. We visited the Surf Hut a couple times and had great experiences during each. A short 15-20 minute drive will take you into neighboring towns with infinite dining and entertainment options.

Overall, we found the home, neighborhood, and general area to be wonderful and cannot wait to go back again!! The beach is the cleanest we have ever seen and the water as clear as normally found only in the Caribbean. A+ for Bordeaux!!

This is a great family vacation house and we enjoyed staying here for our first visit to the emerald coast. Everything was clean when we arrived, the neighborhood was super quiet (when workers were not trimming trees at 8am), and the walk to the beach wasn't too far. Our fur babies and kids had a great stay as well. Thank you!

The only negative comments that I have (about the neighborhood and not the property we stayed in) is that tree trimming with all the noise of chain saws, the inconvenience of moving vehicles around to accommodate lifts, the difficulty entering and leaving the neighborhood really shouldn't be scheduled for the most expensive booking week of the entire year.

Bordeaux is a lovely home away from home and my husband, two teenagers, and I felt very comfortable with the bungalow itself. The location is perfect if you enjoy having space on the beach, private access and very close (walking distance) to all the grocery and shopping you desire. Destin is somewhere around 12 miles down the road (don't know the actual distance). I think Miramar Beach is amazing! We loved our time here and plan to return! Thank you to Destin Getaways and the owners for excellent services with whatever we needed!

Perfect place for 2 or if you have a couple of small kids. Management was spot on when we hd a couple of maintenance issues. They were quick to respond and repair the small issues we had. The interior & furnishings could use an update/refreshing but it was clean and comfortable. It's a quick, easy walk to the beach. The upstairs patio was a perfect spot for coffee or a cocktail.

House was very nice and cozy. Clean and had plenty of dishes and stuff to cook with. If your staying a week you will need trash bags and laundry soap to do laundry because there is only a few towels. But overall we loved it. Wish we were back! Very nice pool right across road and beach is very close. Also grocery store is in walking distance also. Very nice located cottages.

We went to Bordeaux site unseen and on a whim for our first snowbird experience. It was the best decision we could have made. The house is clean, well furnished and is located in the perfect little neighborhood. The access to the beach is superb (couple blocks walk) - the pool is located close by. The big bonus for us is that we were able to bring our dog. The house is perfect for 2 -I would say 4 max. We had 4 adults for a 2 week stint of our 6 week stay and it was fine but it was a little tight in the living space. But again for 2 people it was perfecto! It is situated very close to the outlet malls - and you are a quick drive away from all of the hustle and bustle of Old Scenic Hwy. I don't think you will be disappointed if you choose this house for your Vacation. Safe/secure!

First time vacation in Destin and renting with Destin Getaways. We loved our stay at Bordeaux! This home is very comfortable and extremely clean!The location is in a very safe area and was extremely close to shopping and restaurants either by walking or driving. The beach is absolutely gorgeous! Clear turquoise water and white sand beach! Very nice pool too! Best of all, we love the fact that the home is pet friendly! We will definitely book again!

This was our second stay at this cottage in 2017, and we will be back. Super-cute, super-clean, super-convenient, and super owners. If the set-up of the cottage is what you're looking for, you will not be disappointed. Just steps to the community pool, and steps to the beach .... best of both worlds.

This home was nicely stocked, updated and clean. It was nice having the carport for both our car and rented golf cart. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and walking paths. Truly enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would like to see is hooks in the bathroom to hang suits and towels.

This is a great place to stay just a couple minutes walk from the beach. The community pool is very nice and well maintained. All appliances and decor are very tastefully updated. The pictures do not capture the warm feeling that you get when you stay here. A big THANKS to the owners for making this a very nice and very clean rental!!!

This unit was very clean and nice. Easy walk to the beach and right across from the heated pool. One of the best stocked kitchens I have ever had in a condo. Only problem, while dogs are allowed and welcome on the property -- they are not welcome on the beach.

This house was so wonderfully lovely and comfortable. My husband and I stayed there with another couple we're friends with, and our 2 dogs.

It was a short 3-minute walk to the beach. A little far (5+ miles) from the best Destin restaurants and shops, HOWEVER, this worked to our advantage because the beach in this area is not at all crowded.

The pool is just a few footsteps fromt he front door, and we used it everyday after the beach, to warm up. It was never crowded either. Sometimes, we were the only ones there.

There wasn't anything we needed that the house didn't have. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own very nice, private balconies, and their own private bathrooms. Laundry room that we used daily. It was just absolutely perfect. We love it, and will likely make it our yearly summer house. I hope it's available for a very long time. I could see us bringing our kids there one day.

Couldn't recommend more highly.

Our family had a great vacation in Destin. There was some wear on the house that needs to be updated/maintained (broken fixtures, damage to paint, pet stains on the carpet). Bordeaux is in a great location and we would return if coming back to the Destin area.

We had a wonderful time staying in this vacation home. It was in a great location! Just a couple minute walk to the beach and pool just across the street. The property was very neat and clean!! I loved being so close to restaurants, malls, grocery stores, golf, etc. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Love the location . Love Destin beaches and Miramar Beach it is beautiful . The beach house was just ok . Kitchen Knifes and other silverware were rusted , couch smelled old , under master bed was dirty I found a shoe underneath . Also there was a tile cracked in the dining area that was sharp . We rented a condo 2 years ago and loved it but decided to go with the beach house .

Amazing! Fell in love with gulf side cottages. We could live there full time. Bordeaux was perfect for us and our baby Emmy which is a Cavilier King Charles spaniel. Perfect for walking her due to low traffic. Had an amazing month of October 2015 at the Bordeaux.

Had a great time this year as usual. Had to get a new place because our usual rental had been sold and taken off the sight but destin getaways was great in working with us in finding a new place

We are enjoying our stay in the Gulfside Cottages community. The Bordeaux house is charming and centrally located to beach, shopping and dining. When we arrived, we found the kitchen clean and well stocked for our extended stay. As requested by the management service, we informed them that the carpet needed to be cleaned upstairs and in the bedrooms. They arranged for that to happen, but only after several calls. While we understand that some pet owners aren't responsible, a pet deposit should then be used to make sure a new tenant arrives to a pristine house. Overall, we love the property which is beautifully landscaped and peaceful.

Overall, the experience was good. If you're looking to be close to shopping, good restaurants and the beach, this is a good choice. I do feel the cottage itself could use some maintenance though.

The beach house was perfect. Location is perfect! So close to the beach. Just enough space. Clean. Easy to reserve. Easy to check-out. Comfortable. Good AC. Celing fans worked great. All the comforts of home including a nice outdoor gas grill.

Enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in Destin! Although the Bordeaux rental wasn't as nice as other rentals we have stayed in the area, it was adequate and clean! Could use a bit of TLC here and there! Being just a leisurely stroll to the beach and steps to the community pool, the location can't be beat!

We absolutely loved this property! There were 5 of us and it fit us perfectly. We felt at home which is a feeling you cannot get in a hotel. We utilized every aspect of this property from cooking breakfast and lunch to playing games at the dining room table to lounging on the front porch drinking coffee. The property was very clean and a great location to the was literally a 1-2 minute walk through the property. We had no issues with the property itself outside of running out of toilet paper and not being able to use the grill. The property is very close to almost anything you would want to do. I think the furthest we drove was 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this property! We are already talking about our next trip back!

We were so pleasantly surprised at how great our stay was at Bordeaux. The house and location was perfect for our family of three and two dogs. The Gulf Side community is beautifully maintained, people are friendly and streets quiet enough to walk the dogs with no worries. Short walk to the beach and community pool was right across the street. The cottage was clean and well maintained with lots of natural light and great furnishings. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in Bordeaux II. The location can't be beat. The great beach is a very short enjoyable 2 minute walk away as are the outlets. The community pool was a lot of fun--we'd stop in after the beach.

Great for a single family and close to the beach. I think it could use some work with updating. We needed a place for our dog and this was pretty good! 3 min walk to the beach and has a community pool.
