Coastal Fantasea is set along the quaintly named streets that encompass glorious Crystal Beach! Upon entering through your foyer your splendid formal dining room awaits your gourmet meal with sophistication and refined elegance.
Down the hall leads you to the living area complete with a large cushy sectional sofa with a separate casual dining area and handy kitchen bar. Your gaze will be drawn to the outdoor living area through floor-to-ceiling windows and glass French doors. Check out the pool!
Your backyard oasis is a sizable romper area to delight kids and adults alike. Loungers for the sunbathers in your group, a benched picnic table for the snackers and a gas bar-b-que grill for your grill masters will keep the action going through your coastal fantasea!
Upon nightfall when everyone winds down the 3 bedrooms on the second floor of the main house will be comfortably waiting for your slumber. The master bedroom occupants can sneak away early and enjoy the starlit skies from their sitting area on their private balcony. The third-floor bunk room will become either an extended kid's party area for the wild ones or a comfy respite for the ones with tuckered little bodies!
Now, let’s move along to the sweetest little guest house in Crystal Beach! Either a lair for the teens and young adults or a private little retreat for the lovers of peace and quiet. With a combination of living and kitchen areas, guests will be snug as a bug with the convenience it offers. The refrigerator is great for storing leftover grilled cuisine and the microwave for a quick refresher meal!
Pool heat is available at an additional charge. Please request upon booking.

Guests are given one free pass for each activity, per paid night.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To Begin Your Stay!:
Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

Pet friendly units have a two dog and 30lb max limit. If this rule is violated Destin Getaways reserves the right to evict the guests from the premise. There is a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee. If the pet causes over $200.00 in damage Destin Getaways reserves the right to charge the card on file for the damages and a receipt will be sent to the guests with details of the charges.

Great New Year!

We had a short stay to bring in the new year but it was great! We walked in and you could feel and smell the clean, kinda lemony! The location was great! Our morning walks on the beach were energizing and the free amenities we received through the management company kept us moving! New Years Eve we sat on the third floor deck and enjoyed the lights all around and some fireworks from somewhere. At midnight we made a wonderful toast to 2023! We will be back!

We enjoyed the property. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great and had plenty of chairs for the entire family to lounge around and enjoy the sun.

Grandparents had peace in their separate cottage. Kids and grandkids had plenty of room to stretch out and have a space to play games, do crafts and cook great meals. The pool and back yard are beautiful with trees and beautiful plants. There are plenty of lounge chairs to sun in. The beach is a short 2 block walk on a sidewalk, so very easy for little legs on grandkids. Everything worked and when anything went wrong, the response was quick. Would definitely book this again with the beautiful waters of the Gulf so close.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is only a few minutes walk to the Shirah Beach Public Beach Access. We went down every morning around 8am and set up our beach stuff so we were always right by the ocean. We usually got down to the beach at 10am and nobody moved our stuff. The pool was very nice and very clean. The house was very clean when we arrived and comfortable to stay in. Loved the short walk to the beach access. It is very close to shops and grocery stores. We will be back next year.

Family trip to the emerald coast

We had a fantastic time. The house was perfect
For our extended family. The pool is a must have for the kids. We were able to walk to the beach for the beautiful sunsets. The only disappointment was that the beaches on either side of the very narrow access point are private so to really spend the day at the beach you do have to drive to the state park. It’s a very short drive and the beach is gorgeous. We just found the roping off of the beach obnoxious. Maybe it’s common in Florida but we had never seen anything like this before. The management company is amazing. Before our arrival Elizabeth was available via email for all of our many questions. She was prompt with her responses and so so patient with me. While we were there we were visited twice by maintenance to fill a propane tank and adjust the temperature of the pool water. They were all so quick and helpful and kind! We rent houses with this group of families at least once a year and we have never had a more helpful group of people managing the property. Thank you!

There are several public beach accesses just a block away from the house. Some are larger than others, so there is no need to drive at all for beaches.
