The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are well-lit with natural light and cozy cottage-style furnishings. The sunroom off the living area gives more space and an introduction to the gorgeous views it supplies! From the sunroom to the expansive deck, the views are incorporated with lush landscaping and, oh look, a hot tub to enjoy morning, noon, or night!
With two living areas, you have a great split opportunity for the guys to watch a game or the kids a movie while utilizing the other space for other activities!
The master bedroom is a relaxing respite featuring a grand king-size bed to snuggle into after a fun-filled day! An upgraded bath joins the master bath as well as a walk-in closet!
The guest bedroom also offers a luxurious king-size bed and accesses an updated full bath with a glass-enclosed shower.
Your chef in the group will love the full open kitchen fully stocked with a large kitchen island for food prep!
A new 6-seat golf cart will make dashing around the resort a breeze!

Guests are given one free pass for each activity, per paid night.**One ticket is provided for each activity per day not per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partners participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.

Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy a balanced lifestyle of high-class living, spanning the 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian, bike and golf cart paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.
To begin your stay:
Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will need to replenish these items with your own personal favorites!
All Destin Getaways properties come equipped with a property-specific Alexa device with information about the property, nearby attractions, and music stations!

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violations of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in and/or leave overnight during the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We had a good time in Sandestin overall very comfortable house. Would've like a little more heads-up on the need to bring cooking amenities, and paper products, and coffee the 1st morning was a little rough but everything in home was exactly as advertised. The hot tub never really got used as it was 80+ most evenings and was more of bathwater temp than a real hot tub. Destin Getaways was responsive to any and all requests we had and I would definitely recommend renting from them in the future 10/10. Also the xplorie program was such a great add on, I'm surprised it's not advertised more heavily in the listing. All in all Sandestin was an experience I would recommend getting a rental with a golf cart or at least renting bicycles as getting around the property can be a bit of a hike.

This is the best cottage in all of Sandestin!! The hot tub and the view really made it over the top! We love Sandestin and stay there often but this trip we really enjoyed Coral Cottage! The golf cart is the best way to travel and there is no need to leave the resort! When we arrived it was clean and the furnishings were elegant and beachy, making us feel right at home! We have already booked Coral Cottage for our next trip this summer!

We loved staying in the Coral Cottage! It had everything! We could have just stayed there the whole time! It was cold outside but the deck hot tub sure did come in handy! Watching people play golf was great too! The cottage was clean and neat as a pin! We will definitely be booking this place again!
