Welcome to your gulf front townhome ready to show you a good time!

As the name translates “Of the sun life” you will immediately be drawn to the beach as you enter this slice of paradise.
Through the living room and out the stately french doors the beach beckons! You will be able to gaze for miles at the crystal white sand inviting the sparkling clear emerald and blue waters of the gulf to frolic and play from this second floor deck.
The open living/dining and kitchen area are sure to satisfy the indoor hours spent feuling you for the day's activities!
Up the stairs you are greeted by the coastal master bedroom with ensuite bath and 3rd floor deck. Enjoy your favorite evening beverage watching the waves dance and the sun set. It truly is a magical experience! The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep during your time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Opposite the master bedroom is the whimsical full size bunk room including a nifty trundle bed. Sleeping 6, it will certainly become the kids hub for indoor activities.
Check out the ground floor suite. It is a private escape just off the beach! This separate area has a kitchenette, luxurious king bed, sofa/sitting area and comfortable bathroom.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Location was awesome! You’re literally a few steps away from the beach. We went during father’s day weekend and since we were in a more private beach, it wasn’t crowded as compared to the public area. The beach house itself could use some updating. There are some outlets that seem banged up and the furniture and bed linens seem worn out. The mattress in the bunk bed room had stains on it so we had to cover it up with a bed sheet. If you use the electric grill , be careful not to use the porch light since it’ll trip the breaker . The shower leaks water after you use it so it’ll soak up the floor. Although the listing states up to 12 guests, there’s not enough seating .

Right on the beach, which is fantastic. Toilets were unreliable. We had to have a plumber come fix one that wouldn't flush at all. Showers leaked out of the bottom of the door. No bath mats or rugs inside the doors tonwipe your feet. Propane tank was fused shut on the grill, so it was useless. The "charcoal grill" was not a charcoal grill. It was an electric grill. Noncoffee filters, no salt and pepper, and no cleaning supplies or back up toilet paper/paper towels, so be sure to bring those things.

Thank you, Abby, for your feedback! We do advertise and mention in our correspondence with our guests that we provide a starter kit with soaps and lotion and toiletries, even laundry detergent to get you started. Guests are then free to purchase their favorite brands for the remainder of the stay. Also, we provide bath mat towels folded on the tubs or shower doors for stepping out onto. Cooking seasonings are a is no telling what a kid may put in it for a fun surprise to the next guest! It is good to know our maintenance guys were able to quickly resolve the toilet issues. Properties on the beach are exposed to harsher conditions and therefore need a little extra care.
A-9 at Costa Del Sol is a great unit right on the beach! We hope you enjoyed all the decks!
