A very spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath corner condo in this gated community on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin. Conveniently located on the first floor which is actually the second level of the building (the garage is on the first level). Enjoy views of the harbor marina and a peek of gulf views from the wrap around balcony. The expansive living space is open to the kitchen/dining area and features new LVP flooring throughout.

This split plan offers 2 over-sized bedrooms, one with a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom offers two comfy full size beds with a desk and plenty of room to spare. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom!

Glide into the vast living room with sophisticated touches of art and refinement. And the wrap around balcony will be a favorite spot to wind down after a busy day on the gulf either by crystal white sands or tranquil, clear blue or green water, depending on the day. Enjoy your favorite evening cocktail while watching the sun set and the harbor lights and life begin the evening!

The palatial master bedroom set in a state of subtle elegance will draw you in at the end of your evening welcoming you to relax and recharge for the following day. Have a seat on the balcony and remember the days events.You could also opt for the massaging and relaxing feel from the jacuzzi style tub in the master bath. That will put you in recharge mode lickity split!

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Other things to note:
Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

Wow on the Harbor!

What a GREAT way to bring in 2023! This condo was Huge! The balcony was Huge! We were able to watch all kinds of fireworks from the condo and it was beautiful! This place is set up more like a home away from home. We didn't feel cramped or like we were in a condo at all! We had never not stayed in a hotel so we were not sure what to expect. Upon arrival we had a "starter kit" of toiletries and soaps so we could buy more later.....I had already packed toilet paper for "just in case" so it's nice to know we won't have to next time! The people I talked to on the phone at Destin Getaways were all so pleasant and seemed genuinely excited we were staying with them! I was happy to talk to a real person! Ha! Ha! All in all we loved the condo and had a fantastic time! Thank you for helping us ring in the new year in style!

Great the pictures on line was exactly the way the condo was very also was in a great location.5 minutes or less an we were on the road for EVERYTHING. Eat shop the BOARDWALK.wish our Condo would have had GOLFCARTS to use would have be nice to use to go 5 minutes across to the beach

Overall the stay was perfect for our girls' trip, the location was close to everything, short walk to the beach (though it's not a private beach, it wasn't crowded at all). Only one small hiccup with check-in, the gate code was incorrect. It took about an hour or so to finally get the correct one because it was after hours. The space is larger, huge kitchen and living room, the balcony is nice and large as well. The sofa is leather and not a sofa sleeper so I wouldn't count that as a sleeping option but we made it work. The building has a cart which made bringing groceries and luggage a breeze. There's an extra beach cart which was helpful for the beach as well.
