As you pass through the front door your eyes will be drawn to the abundant green space through the cozy living room just beyond the sliding glass doors.

A few steps from the front door is a spacious kitchen awaiting your culinary skills. Through your comfortable living room and onto the patio is a wonderful sitting area surrounded by a large open green space filled with lush landscaping. Enjoy your favorite evening beverage while reliving the memories of the day!

Heading up the stairs to the two bedrooms your first stop is the guest bedroom with a comfy full size bed and a set of bunks. The kids always love bunks! A full bath is a couple of steps away for washing the white sand from the beach away.

The master bedroom located overlooking the greens and secluded pool has a roomy king size bed and an ensuite bathroom for privacy and convenience. Enjoy the start of your day with a cup of coffee on the ample balcony while listening to the waves roll in becloning you to come play!

Summerhouse #3 is in a great spot for a vacation rental in Miramar Beach! Located next to a massive new Alvin's Island, packed with all your beach and water activity needs, is super convenient!

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Other things to note:
Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

Close to the beach!

We came for a long weekend and it was perfect! We walked everywhere! Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream and Pompano Joes for treats. Alvin's Island is right next door so we picked up a few beach toys. Bad Ass Coffee was a treat every morning and in the evening Emerald Coast Wine Cellar had a large variety. It was so easy to get our steps in on this trip!

We liked this townhome! It was so close to the beach and the pool was just a few steps from our patio!There was a large grassy area for the kids to play some sports and just run around in general! The beds and furnishings were comfortable. We will be back!
