Description

Welcome to your Beach Oasis on the Emerald Coast! This 5-bedroom, 4-bath home comes with relaxing views of one of the many golf courses on the Resort property. This home also provides a 6-seater golf cart with every reservation.

The kitchen is incredible with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The dining room and living room have plenty of windows set up for a perfect view of the lake from every room.

The living room provides comfortable seating for everyone to gather around the mounted flat-screen T.V.

The patio is right off the lake to enjoy a nice sunset with family and friends.

Off the first floor is the master suite with a private bath.

Located on the second floor is 2 private suites equipped with King beds and private bathrooms. A bunk bed (twin over Twin) suite with a private bath. There is also an additional queen guest bedroom.

Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort features more than seven miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a 226-slip marina, a fitness center, spa and celebrity chef dining. Shop, dine and play at the charming pedestrian village, The Village of Baytowne Wharf and more. Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy a balanced lifestyle of high-class living, spanning the 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian, bike and golf cart paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.

Guests are given one free pass for each activity, per paid night.**One ticket is provided for each activity per day not per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partners participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To begin your stay: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will need to replenish these items with your favorite brands.

House was fine. Kitchen could have been stocked with more uti sips and appliances. Containers. Toilet issue running water, but was fixed quickly, when reported.

We give our stay @ the rental 9/10! It was enough space for our family. It was location was ideal for the littles. The pool was just outside the front door, just about 20 steps. The back porch was great for the older adults to watch the golfers pass and enjoy the beautiful weather! We look forward to booking next year if possible!!!

The house in Villa Lago was perfect for our group of 6 ladies on a tennis weekend. It was clean, and we had plenty of linens. We had one roll of toilet paper/bathroom which was one ply for our entire stay. We got three bags of powder dishwashing detergent for the 5 day stay. There was no sponge of hand dishwashing detergent. The kitchen cookware needs to be replaced. Nice patio and nice balcony for viewing golfers and wildlife(birds).

We came in for Spring Break since my son is a teacher; weather did not cooperate, but still had great time. Personal preference, a bit too busy at restaurants and availability with small children. Golf cart is absolute must and made everything easier & more enjoyable! Easy access to shopping and restaurants on site with golf cart. My only complaints were the kitchen was not well equipped, it would be nice to have basic seasoning for cooking, and there could have been a few more stools/kitchen chairs for the size house. Great backdrop backing to golf course and women's collegiate tourney going on. Would love to come back in late spring/summer!
