Fisherman’s Village 245 is one of a kind condo in the heart of The Village of Baytowne Wharf, featuring a "people/crowd" watching balcony above the cobblestone walkway of The Village!

If you enjoy entertainment and shopping this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath Condo is for you. The main floor is dedicated to entertaining your family and friends with its open floor plan and french quarter-style balcony with 6 french doors that provide spectacular views of the events down below and the fireworks up above. Enjoy the wet bar and wine cooler adjacent to the dining and kitchen area.

The second floor has two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The Master bedroom features a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen. The private bathrooms are updated with stone tile and streamlined glass doors.

Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort features more than seven miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a 226-slip marina, a fitness center, spa and celebrity chef dining. Shop, dine and play at the charming pedestrian village, The Village of Baytowne Wharf and more. Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy a balanced lifestyle of high-class living, spanning the 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian, bike and golf cart paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.

**One ticket is provided for each activity per day not per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partner's participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To begin your stay:
Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will need to replenish these items with your own personal favorites!

This condo was very clean when we arrived. Unit very nice and updated.
We love staying in Baytowne Wharf. Rental office very good attending to our needs.

Facts for other renters——
This condo had no beach chairs or umbrella provided.
No pass to ride the tram throughout the resort.

The location was noisy as it’s close to the restaurants and bars. We could hear the trash carts every night and the bands playing, and people yelling until around 2Am, ( mostly on Thursday-Saturday nights)
This condo requires you to climb up about 20 steps to get to the entrance of condo itself. When carrying in luggage and supplies it was more tiring as there is no elevator.

Then you climb another 20 steps to get to 2nd floor of condo unit where the bedrooms are. Good exercise but for those who can’t do steps this would not be the Condo for you.
There is not a closet in the second bedroom.

But the condo was very nice and updated inside. We were comfortable there for the month of February.

245 Fisherman's Wharf is in a special location, right in the midst of all the action Baytowne Wharf Village has to offer.... kinda like being in the French Quarter in New Orleans!
Yes, there are some stairs to climb but, hey, you get your steps in!
All in all it sounds like you enjoyed your stay!

Great place and location. unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Steps away from all that the Wharf area had to offer. I would though do a better job on directions finding the unit. Maybe provide a map with a picture, it was tough finding the place and lugging out luggage around. May want to also put in the description that the unit is only accessible by stairs. (Just on the chance someone has a disability or bad knees.

We had a great time at this rental property, it was just as the pictures are shown. Perfect location, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Pool was right up the stairs from the condo and parking garage right out the door from the condo. We will definitely stay here again. Also just a short drive across the street to the beach and you can park at the Hilton Sandestin for free.

Beautiful rental. Clean. If you want to be close to the action it is in the perfect location. If you want to go to bed early it is located close to the main bar area so it will be loud until about midnight. I would definitely rent this property again if they added a golf cart to it. Nicest rental we have stayed in.

This property was wonderful and had every amenity you could ask for other than being beach front. It is literally located across from the parking deck - park and walk 30ish feet to your front door. The restaurants and bars are at your front door. I cant think of anything that was subpar (maybe the fire alarm battery that died in the middle of the night)!
There is a large stair case at the entrance and then again to the bedrooms. So maybe not for those allergic to stairs.

Loved this place!! The house was really nice and had all the amenities needed. I loved how it was right by all the small shops, restaurants and parking. The only driving we did was to the beach and that was just a short little drive.

We had a fantastic stay at this New Orleans style modern loft with a wrap-around porch in Baytowne Wharf! All the amenities were wonderful and the location was near everything you'd need. If you're looking for a beach getaway, this is not close to the beach, but a short walk to the Bay. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stay was great,but directions to condo was a horrible experience. Besides having wrong garage and condo codes to get in we were lost in parking lot for 2 one at office under stood where we were and how to get to condo.We were st a unique unit separate from regular units and special instructions should have been given for that unit.We were lucky and another gave us directions after an hour wandering around lost.Also door codes did not work half the time and we had to repeat codes several times.But in spite of all this the unit was outstanding and we really enjoyed our from that time on.You guys have to work making it easier to find.

I loved the condo 100%. There were no issues during our stay aside from a small leak in the refrigerator. It was nice and homey and peaceful.

The condo was very well decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic and you can literally step out the door and be right in the heart of the Baytown Wharf. Bedrooms and baths were spacious. The balcony was nice as well...a little tight but a great amenity. Would definitely stay here again!
