Description

Gulf Paradise is located directly on the beach, yet tucked back in a secluded neighborhood. Everything about this Miramar Beach luxury vacation home is top-of-the-line.

As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a grand spiral staircase and a very inviting open floor plan. Right off the foyer is a small seating area to relax and talk. The huge living area offers a mounted plasma TV above the fireplace and endless panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless steel Viking appliances. Also on the ground floor is one of the master suites. The Master Suite features a king bed and mounted flat screen T.V. There is a private seating area to lounge and relax. The Master Suite Bathroom features a large tub and stand up shower. Featuring double sinks for guests comfort.

The second floor features four bedrooms with 12 foot ceilings, one of which is another master suite. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The Master Bedroom is gorgeous with direct Gulf views and comfortable seating right off the bedroom. The Master Bathroom is very spacious with double sinks, a large tub, a stand up shower with double shower heads, and a large walk in closet. The perfect oasis for the perfect vacation.

The three additional bedrooms are equally impressive and comfortable with private bathrooms. The two double queen guests bedrooms provide a flat screen T.V. The bunks are twin over twin.

There is also a wet bar on the second floor, the perfect compliment to the seating area overlooking the Gulf.

The second floor features a grand balcony where you can enjoy fabulous views of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters. Gulf Paradise luxury home offers a private 9' x 12' pool, which can be heated for a small fee, and private beach access.

Your vacation standards will never be the same after you stay at Gulf Paradise. In fact, after your visit... "normal" will no longer be sufficient.

Looking for a place to host your wedding? Gulf Paradise is absolutely perfect for your dream wedding. Small weddings are welcomed for a small event fee in addition to the rental cost.

The house was lovely! It was spacious and well decorated! We had an outside faucet that needed to be fixed and it was replaced immediately. I would recommend this property to everyone looking for a luxury house.

We had a wonderful time. The only problem was a dirty grill. We had to clean the grill and replace the overflowing grease pan, which someone had also place another pan lower to catch the grease. The grill smelled awful and we were not about to use it in that condition. Other than than that,
, all was good.

We had an extended family vacation and wanted a home as close to the beach as possible. All I can say is wow! This home was incredible. immaculately maintained and perfect location. We already agreed, to return next year.

Only issue I had was the number of beach chairs that came with the rental. For the number of bed rooms rented, should have had more chairs.

Gulf Paradise is a great location right on the beach with a great view. Plenty of room, comfortable, great kitchen, plenty of bathrooms. The beach here is fantastic - beautiful white sand!! I would recommend this house for your next big family reunion/vacation. Only weird thing was the guideline to use Finish tabs in the dishwasher but those were not provided (we bought some anyway) and there were no kitchen garbage bags provided either even though there were two kitchen garbage pails (seems like those would be provided, we left our extra there for next renters). Nothing to prevent you from staying but maybe ask about that if you rent here. Huge house like this also needs more than just 4 beach chairs provided in the rental fee.

We were expecting a nice, clean vacation rental home and this house exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate. The view and access to the beach were amazing. The pool was clean and easily accessible. The staff was courteous and helpful. I cannot say enough about this rental property. Definitely worth every penny!!! We will be back and request this property for sure!

I rented this house for my mothers 82nd birthday so that friends and family could all meet and stay in the same location and it was perfect! 12 ladies and it never felt crowded, very few steps to the beach, a pool for those wanting to stay out of the direct sun and directly across from the outlet mall for those wanting to shop. We will definitely be returning!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The house was well maintained and our family had a great time here. The only negative out of all the great features is internet. It was very slow if we try to stream or watch movies through netflix but they can easily fix this. Everything else was wonderful. I would book this place again and again.

Our son was getting married in Sandestin and we were expecting a large number of out-of-town guests. This house was perfect and housed many adults comfortably. The only issue that we encountered was a minor gas leak that was being investigated when we arrived. As a result, the gas was turned off for the duration of our stay and we couldn't use the stove or the grill. John was very accommodating and brought us electric griddles, stove tops and even a propane grill to use during our stay. We will definitely stay at this house again in the future!

This is an exceptional beach-front property, but it needs just a little routine maintenance to make it perfect. First off, the property pops as soon as you walk in--it's beautiful, with high-end finishes and spacious rooms. We were a group of 8 (6 family members + 2 teenage guests), and the house was spacious enough for all, plus some. We didn't even use on of the bedrooms. The upstairs master is large and well-appointed, and the bathroom and walk-in closet are very large. We loved using the kitsch with high-end appliances you'd find at home, using the grill on the deck to bbq steak and seafood, and the small but large-enough plunge pool on the deck. All very nice touches.

The only issues I could see were routine maintenance items that could easily be fixed--door handles ripped out of closet doors, toilet paper racks ripped out of the drywall, a non-functioning ice maker, and balcony doors in the upper level bedrooms that did not close and lock and thus were blown open by the wind each night. We secured the doors with wire around the door knobs, but even that didn't prevent them from opening somewhat, which is a problem if it rains. The things I mentioned could be easily fixed, and should be expected problems in a salt air environment.

While the above-mentioned items were annoying, they did not detract from our enjoyment of this property. It really is the nicest and most spacious beach house we've rented, and it's immediate proximity to the beach and Gulf is its biggest selling point. It was wonderful just walking up and down to the beach each day, and having our own exterior shower/hose to wash off with before entering the house. The property is centrally located to any place you'd want to go in Destin or Sandestin, with a brand new grocery store and a fresh seafood store literally 2 mins away. And the outlet malls are just across the intersection. Again, we loved the property and would certainly consider staying there again.

House was as pictured, elegant yet comfortable. Great location near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Beautiful beach right outside your door. Only complaints were the fireplace didn't work and it would have been nice as the temperature was chilly at night and paid for pool to be heated for the week which was not heated when we got there. Maintenance man Dan was sent when we called and he said he knew that the fire place didn't work, something about the owner needed to fix and also knew that the pool wasn't heated and that the pool people needed to be called. Seems like this should have been taken care of before we arrived. Courtney did reimburse us for the pool not being heated and did get pool people out to fix. Otherwise our stay was great. No body wanted to go home!

This was the perfect house for our once a year, family vacation/reunion. So much so, that this is our second year to rent this house! The location is perfect (close to many restaurants, shops and the outlet mall) and the house is not only beautiful and immaculate, but spacious enough that no one felt crowded, even with 16 people! We were welcomed to Destin with frightful storms, gusting winds and driving rains that resulted in a widow being blown out of one of our bedrooms. The very next morning Destin Getaways promptly moved us into Gulf Paradise and the name is spot on - it was a paradise! The heated pool was perfect for our 2 small children and the amazing beach was just steps down. We had an awesome stay and are talking about returning!

Our rental experience was good. We ran by early to find our home and met the previous renters. They were a little disappointed in their stay which made us quite nervous about coming in later. We called the office to let them know our concerns and they said they would get right on any problems we discussed. We got to go in a little early and were completely blown away. This home is geogeous! Everything was perfect! The kitchen was to die for, we cooked inside and on the outside grill. Everything worked great. The bedrooms were clean and comfy.The pool on the back porch was perfect,the view from the back porch was beautiful and it was wonderful having our own private access walk (with shower) right to the beach to our complimentary 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas we used almost everyday! The location of the home couldn't be beat either. Right across from the outlets and not far to anywhere in Destin or 30A! This was definitely our favorite house and stay while in Florida!
