Upon walking into the quaint condo, you are immediately greeted with the bright decorations of a beachside cottage.

Immediately to your left is the Master Bedroom equipped with a queen bed and a shared bathroom.

The hall bunks are a nice addition and a fun space in the hallway for kids!

The Kitchen has all the necessities you need to have dinner in the condo. With plenty of seating in the dining area and breakfast bar, you will never need to leave the condo for a meal.

The living area creates a comfy space for relaxation. Right off the living area is the private balcony perfect for some fresh air.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

**One ticket is provided for each activity per day not per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partners participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.

To begin your stay:
Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will need to replenish these items with your own personal favorites!
ALL of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located withing walking distance to several restaurants. It was a very short walk to the beach as well. We enjoyed our stay!

My cousin and I stayed here for a girls trip and overall for the condo, it was very clean and had everything we needed. We wanted to stay somewhere affordable since we booked last minute and wanted it to be safe too and we really enjoyed it here. Our ONLY complaint is that the mattresses were SUPER firm. So if you like a bed that feels like you're sleeping on the ground then you'll feel right at home. The complimentary activity tickets were a great perk to staying here!

Room was beautiful and spacious! They are renovating the roof and stuff right now, which is great but do wish I had known before hand.
