Description

Harbour Point 912 is a great two bedroom in the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort® with panoramic views of the lake and golf course.
Situated along the Links Golf Course, Harbour Point 912 provides a tranquil environment for enjoying panoramic views of the lake, golf course, and Florida sunsets.
The condo itself is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

The kitchen provides use of stainless steel appliances, comes equipped with a toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and is surrounded by an abundance of counter space. Enjoy your breakfast at the breakfast bar large enough to seat three.

The living room features relaxed seating facing a large flat-screen T.V. You can lounge on the couch or venture out to the balcony for incredible views of the lake and golf course.

The master is a personal escape with a private balcony overlooking the serene lake. With a large king bed, this room is perfect for a weekend getaway. The private bathroom provides a stand-up shower. This lovely home away from home is new to rentals.

The second bedroom provides a Queen and a flat screen T.V. perfect for all of the after-beach naps. This bedroom has a full bathroom that is perfect for washing off the sand at the end of the day.

Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort features more than seven miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a 226-slip marina, a fitness center, spa and celebrity chef dining. Shop, dine and play at the charming pedestrian village, The Village of Baytowne Wharf and more. Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy a balanced lifestyle of high-class living, spanning the 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian, bike and golf cart paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.
For your convenience, tram cards are available in the unit for shuttle services to the beach, privately owned by Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort®.

**One ticket is provided for each activity per day not per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partner's participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.
To begin your stay:
Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will need to replenish these items with your own personal favorites!
Harbour Point parking is on a first come first served basis with a maximum of two spaces per unit.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We are a family of 4 that enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax. The Sandestin area is beautiful and we enjoyed the area and the Miramar beach area as well. The Sandestin beach can be busy so we went to the Miramar beach by Pompano Joes's and found free parking there for the beach. We did have an issue with the clothes dryer, it took a while for the clothes to dry. Other than that it was a perfect place to relax.

This beautiful villa is conveniently located in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The rental included a Family Fun Package that allowed us to get one free ticket for every day of our stay for plenty of activities! There is so much to do in Destin! My husband played golf for FREE every day! Our family of 5 went parasailing, jet-skiing, bike riding, zip lining and snuba diving! We also enjoyed visiting the Village of Baytowne Warf located inside the resort, and loved their restaurants and shops. Beaches in Miramar and Destin are beautiful, with white and soft sand and emerald color waters! The private resort beach is not that far from the villa, about a 3 minutes car ride, with free parking. You can also ride the tram for free. The village itself was very clean and well equipped. The master bedroom's kings bed, as well as the guess bedroom's 2 single beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed, not so much. The views from the balconies were very relaxing! All in all a great place to stay!!! Highly recommended!
