What a comfy Bayside Retreat! With painted wood paneled walls this vacation spot has a comfy cottage feel that you will snuggle into easily! The open kitchen, dining and living area will bring you joy all day and night long! Views of the bay will call you to participate in the daily activities and water sports that abound. The night will bring you city lights and firework displays overlooking Baytowne Village and the Sandestin marina!
Granite counter tops are ready and waiting in the kitchen for all your snacks and meal preparations. The full sized washer and dryer await behind double doors.
Right inside the front door the queen sized bedroom is located with a walk in closet, big enough for ball gowns and golf clubs! It adjoins a full bath easily accessible from the bedroom and the hall.
The king sized master bedroom is located off the living area with a large picture window offering Bay, Baytowne and Marina views! The master bath features a double vanity and oversized walk-in closet and a full walk-in shower!

Let's not forget about that lovely 6 seater golf cart! How easy it makes your vacation to scoot around the resort and those Publix runs!

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort features more than seven miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a 226-slip marina, a fitness center, spa and celebrity chef dining. Shop, dine and play at the charming pedestrian village, The Village of Baytowne Wharf and more. Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy a balanced lifestyle of high-class living, spanning the 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian, bike and golf cart paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To begin your stay:
Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

The rental was clean and just as described. The management company was very easy to interact with. My only issue I had was assuming there would be a blow dryer in the rental. The rental was in a great location. You could easily access Baytowne Wharf, the pool and the beach from the unit by the provided golf cart.

The condo offered views of the marsh and had wildlife. The kids loved it. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Having the golf cart was great too. This made going places and to the beach easy. The condo was great and the staff was super friendly around the resort. Lots of things to do in Sandestin.

This is a great place for three people. We loved getting around everywhere in the golf cart. The pool was in walking distance. The rooms were spacious. Having a washer and dryer was great. Some things that the owners might consider adding would be a blender, hair dryer and beach chairs or some type of chair to sit outside. Other than that we had a super vacation!
