Leave your cares at the door as you step into this beautiful Hidden Dunes Beach Villa. Nestled in the quaint resort of Hidden Dunes in Miramar Beach, The Rose is the perfect place to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. Located on the first floor, this villa offers all the comforts of home.

Sit and have your morning coffee on the wrap-around screened porch or enjoy the sugar white sand and emerald green waters just steps away from your door. This condo features three large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, flat screen TVs, living room with sofa sleeper, full kitchen, and dining area. You also have all of the perks of staying on the Hidden Dunes Resort such as hot tub, two community pools, tennis courts, basket ball courts, and serene walking trails.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

The property at Hidden Dunes is a beautiful, and family friendly vacation destination. There are many activities on property and the beach of course. The condo is spacious and well stocked.

We absolutely loved Hidden Dunes Unit#10. The grounds were beautiful, the unit was spacious and clean. Short 5 minutes walk to the beach. Loved the location, close to restaurants and shopping but the beach was not crowded and it was our favorite part! If I had anything negative to say it would be they didn’t leave enough bath towels but when I called they brought us some more without any problems. Would definitely recommend and we will return! Loved it!

Great location and plenty of room for the family. One bit of feedback for the property owners. Tile floors and grout are in need of steam cleaning, other than that, property condition was excellent and very clean!

My family and I travel to Destin every year. This is our second time staying at Hidden Dunes Resort, this year we stayed at villa #10. The location was great it was a 5 min walk to the beach. The villa was clean upon arrival, the only trouble we had was one of the chairs had a chipped leg and we weren't able to use that chair throughout our stay. Other than that we had a great time, the villa was a self check-in and self check-out.

Very nice, spacious and clean, and close to pool and the beach. The condo was perfect, except we could hear footsteps and movement from our upstairs neighbor. The A/C acted funny on Day 1, and although it fixed itself, I was disappointed that no one from Maintenance ever returned my call. Otherwise, perfect rental.

Very nice villa. Lot of room. Liked having screened in porch and trees providing shade. Only issues A/C did not work all the time seemed to cut off for 20-30 min then kick back on (figured to save energy). Microwave quit on 2nd day there, replacement provided, repairman came to fix main unit during 2nd week.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Although we were moved from our beach view to a cottage that was still under renovation. It was very spacious with a wonderful screen porch. Only complaint is the insufficient sound proofing between floors. As we had a ground level unit and the family above us was extremely loud stomping. Would recommend this property but if in a cottage request upper unit.

we spent 6 days in Destin and it was great. the condo was a 4 min walk to the beach. there was alot of ammenities like tennis courts,pools for the kids. 2 blocks from the outlet mall.cons:the only complaint i have was that the unit was not very clean. the bathroom shower was not clean(moldy edges) and the floors were not clean. overall it was a good place to stay
