COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures
Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!

Welcome one and all to your new home away from home! Pine Ridge Villa is located in the fabulous Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort® giving you access to activities and dining options at Baytowne Wharf. This condo is on the beachside of the resort. The private community of Pine Ridge Villas offers a community pool of all residents. The pool features a hot tub perfect for relaxing. Pine Ridge Villa will be the highlight of your next getaway!

Upon entering the condo, you will walk into the living area with a flat-screen tv and comfortable seating. Right off the living room is the large patio that overlooks the golf course.

Next to the living area is the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and up-to-date appliances. The kitchen also features a Keurig, coffee maker, and toaster.

To the left of the kitchen is the master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom.

To the right of the condo is the guest bedrooms. There is a full bed guest bedroom adjacent to the shared bathroom. On the other end of the hall is the queen bedroom suite with a private bathroom.

**One ticket is provided for each activity per day NOT per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partners' participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.
Other things to note: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

We had a great time and was glad they got the golf cart fixed late Tuesday so we could enjoy all of Sandestin Resort.

Fantastic location, pool has easy access. Beach is

Our stay here in Pine Ridge Villa was nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed every aspect of the winter months, being away from the Northern cold & snow, and living in this warm & comfortable home. Not only was it spacious, it was furnished with all the comforts one could ask for in a home, from the leather sofas to all the pots & pans, not to mention the 6-passenger golf cart. We have wintered in the Florida Panhandle for 8 previous years and have never had a golf cart. This was a pleasant bonus living in the resort of Sandestin with all sorts of things to do and places to go, all accessible by way of the golf cart.
We also liked the floor layout which allowed us to have our guests live (sleep) on the opposite side of condo from us, separated by the common living spaces.
We were pleased to have a property manager who provided extremely good and responsive customer service. Who treated us like real people versus just another renter. If we had any issues or concerns, we knew who to contact and she knew us and responded immediately.
I would recommend this property to anyone, except Snowbirds, because we plan on coming back to 5377 during the winter months.

I agree, the golf cart is a great bonus in the the convenience of Baytowne Village shopping, activities and restaurants, the glamour of Grand Boulevard, complete access to both Bay and Beach it is easy to never have to leave the resort! Makes that golf cart real handy!

The condo was clean and well equipped. The road noise on the Balcony was a bit unexpected; however our stay was very relaxing and pleasant
