COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures
Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!

Tucked away in the heart of Destin’s famous Crystal Beach is your next getaway destination. A Pompano Place is the perfect home away from home. This beautifully decorated 1 bedroom condo is perfect for small family and couple’s getaways.

From the moment you pull up to the property you are greeted with the beautiful décor that this property has to offer.

Right in front of the entrance is the outdoor seating area with a large umbrella to stay cool in the summer heat. Enjoy outdoor BBQ steps from the beach with the outdoor grill!

Upon entering the acquaint property you are greeted with an open floor plan. The living room is equipped with seating for the whole family or for entertaining guests and provides an extra bed with the queen sofa sleeper.

Right off the living room is the fully state of the art kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen features a barn sink, coffee maker, toaster, blender and ice maker(In fridge).

Next to the kitchen is the Master Bedroom. The Queen bedroom features a walk-in closet and a tv for late movie nights in bed!

Down the hall from the master bedroom you will find the in-unit washer and dryer in the hallway closet. The property is also equipped with a Rinnai Hot Water System. With the Rinnai Hot Water System you will never run out of hot water!

The Full bathroom has a single vanity with a walk in shower and has a private toilet room.

Other things to note: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

It was an amazing experience as the rental is as clean as the pictures show. Extremely close to the beach, shopping and local attractions. Absolutely beautiful rental with zero complaints from checking in to checking out. Would recommend this place anytime and looking forward to staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Pompano Place. A lovely beautiful small home which covered all our needs. So close to the beach that you could see the boardwalk from the yard. Took 3 minutes to walk to it and the beach is gorgeous!! The home is beautifully decorated and also convenient to shopping and dining. 5 minute drive to Destin Commons. We would definitely stay here again.
