Beach or Pool person? At Poolside Villa 202, you can be both! This beachfront property features pool views, gulf views, and a relaxing atmosphere to fully enjoy the Emerald Coast. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is your new getaway destination!

Upon entering the beautifully decorated condo, you are instantly greeted with the cozy atmosphere the condo provides.

The fully-stocked kitchen with up-to-date appliances will be the center of all your cooking during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a blender, coffee maker, and a toaster as bonus amenities.

Eat at the dining table, that seats 4, or at the breakfast bar, that seats 2.

After a long day in the sun, the spacious living area will be the highlight of your night. With a flat screen Roku tv, you won’t have to miss a night of binge watching. The comfortable couch can extend out into a Queen Sofa Sleeper for extra bedding.

Right off the living area is the gem of the condo. The balcony is equipped with comfortable seating so everyone can enjoy the luxury views of the cool pool and the gorgeous Emerald Coast.

The master bedroom has balcony access and features a spacious King bed with a private master bath.

The second bedroom offers a comfy Queen bed and the 2nd bathroom is also a full bathroom.

Poolside Villas is gulf front with beach access right off the pool area. We suggest a short stroll to the West to Norriego Point to set up for the day. You'll be gulf front with Jetty East and Harbor views as well! The pool features a spacious deck for space and a grill area for BBQ.

Also included in your funtastic stay is a generous guest amenity package consisting of:

Guests are given one free pass for each activity, per paid night.**One ticket is provided for each activity per day not per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partners participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.

To begin your stay:
Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will need to replenish these items with your own personal favorites!

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Great Place to Stay! Couch was broken tho.

The place was great but the couch was broken and we needed it for how many people we had staying. We reported to maintenance and they said it was supposed to be that way. The microwave turn table wasn't working and it was very loud. Also, we didn't find the broom until the last day. Should have been in an obvious place. Also, the dryer seems to take forever to dry clothes.

Overall the stay was great. There were few issues with the condo. The coffee maker was broken. The dishwasher top rack almost fell off when it was pulled out. The dryer didn’t dry. The blinds in the master were broken and the tub in the master didn’t drain.

The condo was clean and the pool was nice.

Upon arrival we had problem with front bathroom but was quickly resolved , there was no broom to be found in condo had to purchase one , let it for the Condo , coffee pot was broken and need to be replace , washer/dryer was loud may need updating soon . Our family had a awesome time and would like to thank you for allowing us to use your home

This was the perfect place for a getaway! The property was clean and well maintained. Elizabeth answered all of my questions and was an excellent resource. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the main highway which we liked. It was close to shopping and dining.

This condo is great. The location is the best part! Right on the beach, walk out by the pool to the white sand beach! The condo itself was nice. There were a few items missing inside the condo that would've been nice to have, like scissors, but the necessities were there. The condo was clean, but the floors were pretty dirty (socks got very dirty after walking around), and needed a good mopping. Mgmt needs to ask the cleaning company to mop the floors since we pay a cleaning fee.
