Description

Welcome all Sunkissed Nose and Sandi Toes! Sandi Toes Cottage is located along Scenic Highway 98 in
Miramar Beach in the gated community of Maravilla. A popular vacation spot with easy beach
access and restaurants within walking distance. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is your new home away
from home!

Upon entering the home, you are greeted with the essence of the sea. This home has been
beautifully decorated to bring the aroma of the beach throughout your entire stay.
The living room has a seat for everyone during your stay with the wide screen tv to entertain
the whole family.

Right off the living room is the outdoor dining area so you can soak up all the sun.
The fully stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space and up-to-date appliances, home-cooked
meals can come to the beach!

The master features a king bed, a private tv, and a full private master bath.
The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom. Both guest rooms have queen beds and private
flat screen T.V.s.

Complimentary beach service (from March 1 to October 31) is included., pack and play, high chair, and one twin rollaway bed.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Other things to note: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap,
shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan
accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

**One ticket is provided for each activity per day NOT per person** They cannot be saved and

time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 14 nights.

We had a really nice stay at a charming cottage close to the beach. We really appreciate Elizabeth and the entire Destin Getaways team and how they made our stay so enjoyable
