COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures
Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!

Looking for luxurious Destin beach condo rentals? Look no further! Silver Beach 903E features a 300 sq ft balcony where you can enjoy fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and Destin's sugary-white beaches. Big Kahuna's Water Park and The Track are located conveniently nearby. (This particular unit is located on the ninth floor in the East building)

Silver Beach Towers 903E is absolutely beautiful. The living room furniture, dining room furniture, and bar-stools are all brand new bought in the fall of 2017. The floor to ceiling windows provide optimal views of the emerald green waters! Each bedroom features flat screen and private bathrooms. The Master is large and has stunning views of the Gulf. The two guest bedrooms are also spacious and comfortable. Guests receive complimentary beach chair service which includes two chairs and one umbrella (seasonal).

Silver Beach Towers 903E boasts two of the largest swimming pools in Destin which are surrounded by an equally large tanning deck, with two hot tubs, all directly on the beach!

Silver Beach Towers has a huge grassy area that is also directly on the beach for the kids to play in. This area is secured and fenced. The community gas grills are in this area too so Dad can grill while the kids play!

Tired of waiting forever to get onto Highway 98? Silver Beach has its own traffic lights at Airport Road, a real time saver when all you need is a loaf of bread or gallon of milk! No more turning right when you really want to go left just to get onto Highway 98!

903 E is assigned parking space #203 in the covered parking garage. Nice for when it is raining or having to carry up all your groceries! You will be given a key fob that opens the gate to the parking area and also gives you access back into the building from the beach. The parking area is not only secure from unauthorized vehicle traffic but also prevents unauthorized persons from walking into the parking area. Very secure!

Other things to note: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.

The condo we stayed in was very nice. Destin in the winter months has much to be desired. The weather was iffy and temperatures were lower than we thought they would be. Given all that, we did have an enjoyable time.

We have stayed in this unit several times. For the most part unit is good, but it could use some upgrades which would not cost much ( new bedspreads, outside furniture,& better silver wear).

The grounds are clean & kept up. the rules for pool & beach are great because that keeps the pool area clean & the white sand looking white a big thumbs up for sticking to the rules. I loved that the hallways going to the rooms were clean & air conditioned. A plus is the elevator didn't have to wait & they were cool. The condo needs some upgrades the couch was aweful the cleaning service did not clean well The third bathroom needs to be upgraded like the other bathrooms the lighting in the condo is very dim but most of all the couch is all to pieces could g even sit on it had to put a blanket down to sit on it. I didn't sit on the couch period discussed me I would recommend the silver beach towers & the condo if upgrades are done but for the price I feel like it should have been more I also tried for weeks to save my beach chairs never could get an answer what to do so we were on the second row everyday

Our Family of 6 were very comfortable in this rental. Accommodations were very clean. Private parking spot was a plus. Only 3 condos per floor made getting on/off elevator easy. 2 beach chairs and umbrella per condo and the process to reserve your chairs was easy and efficient every morning. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/liquor store.

Had a good experience with Destin Getaways. The unit was clean (with exception of one bed had dirty sheets). The unit was well maintained and the decor was beautiful. It was in a perfect location. I would tell guests to bring their own food seasonings if you plan on using kitchen. Destin getaways vendor relationships are not that good. They should upgrade their family adventure package and consider relationships with good companies.

Silver Beach Towers is an excellent location. The condo is wonderful, views, amenities top notch. Only complaint is the lack of supervision over the pool area. People eating/drinking in the pool. Children running around pool area at night, hopping over chairs and walls. Pool had to be closed briefly due to glass in the pool (again, drinking was going on). Pool surrounding areas was not clean - lime chunks, grapes on bricks. Key fob areas worked sporadically. Building needs better management over these areas.

The amazing staff was just a prelude to the AWESOME property! From the decor to view to the luxury touches, this was a completely wonderful condo. The pools were well maintained and the beachfront staff was very nice. Did I mention the views?
Kitchen well equipped and washer & dryer made it wonderful to bring home freshly laundered clothes.
Well worth the investment for a first rate vacation!

We enjoyed everything about our stay except for 1 thing. The cookwear needs to be replaced. The only 2 nonstick frying pans were all scratched up and we felt like we were eating teflon everytime we cooked. Other than that everything was fantastic. Just maybe give some thought to getting some new pans. THe unit was very clean, the patio furniture was very nice and comfy. the condo itself very beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again, just think about the pans.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The balcony was our favorite spot. Outdoor furniture in good shape and comfy. Perfect for dolphin watching and relaxing! The condo itself does have a tired look and couch in need of replacement but that being said, it still was a wonderful place for our family get together. The rental company was easy to work with and very accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.
