COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures
Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!

Cowabunga Dude! Here comes the High Tides making a splash at the credited Tops'l The Tides Beach Resort! Tides 601 is the perfect destination for your next getaway. Only a few quick steps until your feet set foot on the white, sugar beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your East allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.
When you first walk into the condo you will instantly feel like you are on the beach. It has been updated and redecorated to enhance your perfect getaway.

The fully equipped kitchen features all up-to-date appliances to make family dinners a breeze. The counter space features a breakfast bar to add additional seating to the dining area.

The living area hangs off the dining area and is the main feature that pulls the whole condo together. The comfortable seating around the flat screen tv is perfect for a movie night. Also included in the bedroom is a full sofa sleeper so the whole family can come to the beach.

The dining area is split between the 6 seated dining table and the 4 seated breakfast bar off the kitchen.

The balcony is the star of the whole condo! The condo is a corner unit, this means that the balcony is as big as it gets. With a 6 seated dining table, 2 lounge chairs, and plenty of extra room, the whole family can enjoy views of the Emerald Waters from the beach or the condominium’s private pool!

The first bedroom of the unit is equipped with 2 full-size beds, a full closet, and a private tv for the room.

Across from the first bedroom is the shared full bathroom. Directly next to the full bath is the in-unit washer and dryer, so bring all your outfits!

Wake up every morning to the Emerald Green Water! The master suite features a door to the balcony for the best sunrises and sunsets in bed. The master bedroom has a private master bath with a jetted bathtub and a walk-in shower.

The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from the world-famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall!
The resort facilities include the following:
Access to 2 Gulf front pools (building pool & resort pool), Outdoor hot tub & kiddie pool, Outdoor showers/bathrooms, Community grills, Seasonal tiki bar and grille, Seasonal beach service (fee), Basketball court, Shuffleboard, and the world-renown tennis courts.

If we ever return to Destin area we will stay at this condo again. The resort complex is awesome and my kids enjoyed all of the amenities that the condo had to offer. The owners storage room with extra supplies is a huge bonus and we left a few boogie boards as a pay it forward for any future guests. Condo spacious. The balcony was great and the furniture on the balcony is nice quality as other balconies in her super cheap furniture. The view is nice even though it’s partially blocked with the building we still never felt like the building was too much to have in the partial view. The height on the six floor is just enough for those not wanting to go tonight. It’s right next to the trash chute so you don’t have to walk across the entire building.They were three elevators so you’re never standing waiting for an elevator very long. If you like to play tennis or pickle ball this is a great place to go all the supplies are provided. The only downside is the location of the resort is if you wanted to go to let’s say Harbor Village it’s on the other side but hopefully the construction will end soon.
