Description

Get “A Wave From It All”! A brand new three story, seven-bedroom vacation home located in the newest luxury residences of "The Retreat at Miramar"

Relax in luxury with spacious accommodations such as two living areas, a laundry room, and a private patio with comfortable furniture, overlooking the stunning fishing pond and fountain.  A Wave From It All hosts entertainment for all ages. The 2nd floor living area features two custom Arcade Gaming Systems with over 3,000 games to choose from with custom LED lighting. This unit has been professionally decorated with exquisite decorations and furnishings.

You’ll be welcomed by the pool and large Pavilion that is over 90 feet long.  The Clubhouse offers plenty of space for outdoor cooking, relaxing, sunbathing, and watching tv.  The catch and release fishing pond is great for the kids.  Guests will have a blast in the resort style community pool, large grilling area with 6 Green Egg grills and abundant luxury seating located throughout the outdoor areas.  There's a LED lit wraparound boardwalk at the lake with a fountain. The beach is a short golf cart ride away on Scenic 98 that offers the best selection of restaurants overlooking the breath-taking sugar white beaches and emerald green waters.

Excellent home. Clean and up to date. Nice amenities. Farther from beach than expected but golf cart made back and forth very convenient.
All things considered, this was a great vacation home for our large group.

Overall this property was a winner for my family's vacation. The floorplan and décor were well thought out and up to date. It felt like you were at a beach house without that theme being overdone. It would have been nice if there was a bedroom on the main level or elevator since the stairs can be a hassle for elderly or those with disabilities. There was plenty of space in the house for everyone to be together, but yet not be on top of one another. The kids loved the bunk room. Both the kids and adults thought the arcade games were a hit and spent hours each day playing them. The house is only a short walk or jog to the beach as long as you don't have much to carry, but if you do or just don't want to walk then the provided golf cart makes this a non-issue. The only "issue" we had was the door code not working when we arrived. But after calling the property management company they replied back to us within 15 minutes with a working code.
Although this house is not right on the beach as most would prefer, we would definitely consider staying here again especially considering the value when compared to other Destin properties.

We had a great stay! Love the neighborhood and only a couple of blocks to the beach. The house is beautiful and clean an is located right beside the pool and overlooking a pond.
